Appears to be under new ownership again. Beers continue to be solid, great variety and well priced. I appreciate the Indian forward menu. No paneer though - fried paneer would be a great veg app. The trio of dips with chips was disappointing. The habanero salsa was oddly sweet, the guacamole lacked acid and salt (and was way too smooth). The queso was fine. Would have appreciated freshly fried chips instead of the out of the bag variety- missed opportunity. read more

Ok, garden salad was excellent, one of the best I've ever had at $10. My wife got the steak tips at $27. Yeah, pieces of cut up skirt steak aren't steak tips..VERY MISLEADING!! Also , an upcharge for fries instead of mashed potatoes?!?! It's still a potato! How "nickel and dime" . Will not be in business long term with things like that . Good food with great beers. Enjoy the atmosphere it hasn't changed much from previous restaurant. Still not sure the smash burger is really a smash burger. It was decent. Had the Cubano and enjoyed the dip trio. I do agree the salsa was on the sweet side almost like it had an apple in it. I did enjoy it. It was just different. The beers were pretty good. Tried the Somersworth dark lager, Winter Wounds, Cocoa pine groove, Golden Mirage and Bohemian Breeze and I liked them all. For food I ordered the Omnium Burger cooked medium, with waffle fries. I asked for a side of mayo which never came. My medium burger was beyond well done, so it was dry as the bun it was served on. This was my first time here and I will give this place another try in the future. After all the beer was good. read more

I would have to rate this at 10 out of 10 The fish and chips were fresh not frozen The eggnog flan was to die for And the burgers were big thick and juicy A lot better than the Lexi's burgers that you pay like 13 bucks for and you get nothing The waffle fries were the best The regular fries were okay but I recommend upgrading to the waffle fries they're amazing I'm coming here again... And again and again I've been to a lot of places and ordered fish and chips and they always taste frozen this one is beautiful fresh and just like the ones I used to get in England. We recently moved to South Berwick and have been trying to find decent food to have delivered. We thought we would give Omnium Brewing a try. It sounded good on paper but in reality, the food was less than mediocre. My partner ordered the BBQ Bison Burger and I had the Smash Burger with bacon added. Both burgers were dry. His had too much sauce. The tomato jam on mine was not good. Neither one of us could tell there was bacon on them because of the way they prepared it. I ordered online and I was given the option to add bacon. I assumed it would be a strip or two of bacon like it is at every single place I have ever ordered. Both burgers were bland in addition to being poorly cooked. We both ordered tiramisu. I ate mine but my BF threw his away after one bite. It was disappointing. He was more offended for sure. I was able to eat mine despite being disappointed. It was not worth the calories. Our DoorDash driver was amazing, but the food she brought us from this place was terrible. I have very low standards and I still think this food is bad. I would look elsewhere if you are considering ordering takeout from here. It might be nice to have a beer there in person, but I won't be going there to figure this out. If you are expecting bar food that's palatable only when drunk then you won't be disappointed. read more

The service was awful. Water was never offered. We got the lobster hush puppies which were a little over cooked. A true red flag for us is when our appetizers come before our drinks. The waitress never checked in on us, practically had to tackle her to ask for ketchup. The food wasn't great, one of my taco tortillas was burnt. When a kitchen knows something is burnt and serves it anyways is another red flag. When we finally got our waitress attention to get our check, she handed me her machine and walked away. With all the good breweries around this one is a pass. Recommend they get some wait staff training and kitchen quality assurance. read more

My husband and I went here on 2/19/23. We used to go here when it was the other place before a lot . So we gave Omnium a try. First off the staff that was there are amazing !! 2nd it was around like 12:30 and very busy !! It looked like only one very nice server doing all the tables poor hun.. !! Then after a few minutes we realized that and soon after the very nice bartender came out and apologized which we said we understood as ALL restaurants are having a hard time getting help.. She took our drink order and we decided to try the nachos and put that in at the same time. The menu has quite a lot of yummy looking dishes on it but we weren't crazy hungry so we just ordered the Nachos. So after a bit our nachos came out ....2 things .. 1)They where cold 2nd ) They have corn in them which my husband cannot stand !! And reading the description again from the menu it doesn't list any corn on the nachos. But I had flagged the waitress dine and the did return the cold one with a warm one. So I picked most of the corn off and ate it trying to get it so my husband wouldn't have to deal. This mishap won't stop us from trying it again ..I saw other menu items I like to try out. And like I stated from the beginning the staff where very nice they where just wicked short staffed. read more

Our trip to Omnium was pretty underwhelming. Pros: awesome friendly host that seated us quickly and gave us some snacks to munch on...score! The Buffalo wings were delicious, saucy spicy and tangy, a wonderful app choice! Cons: rude waitress. The restaurant was only using the front page of their menu, due to lack of kitchen cooks, which was fine, but we were not told this until the waitress came back to take our orders. Why not say that from the start??? And she continued to be snippy and rude with us, as if she would rather be anywhere else but there. Cons: Food quantity. They seems to really skimp on ingredient. I got the cubano which was a small baguette with the tiniest amount of pork and ham I've ever seen. If didn't even cover my bread. My husband asked for a bite and when he saw how little meat I was given, he said nevermind, all for you! My mother in law ordered a mixed drink and for $13, got a tiny slim glass with maybe 4 oz of liquid. She liked her drink but the shortcuts to jip customers of food and dare charge those prices is awful. We won't be coming back. read more

Just Blah... Wife and I figured we would give it a shot. Food: Both Burgers were Dry, no flavor at all (over the top with Salting of the Beef). Beer: Somer Sout and Red Ale, they were over carbonated, they actually tasted the same... very disapointing. I dont think they know how to produce a proper Sout and Irish Red Ale. Service: Young girl waitress obviously didnt want to be there, was unpleasant and service was poor. Took over 25 minutes to get two burgers, there were about 5 couples in the dinning area, so they were not busy and they had Adequate staff.. this is the third time at this restaurant where they were on a limited menu. first time was soft opening, so we understood. second time, they had a limited menu, so the items we wanted weren't on the menu, so we had a burger and it was good. the next time we waited 45 minutes for a table, then we're told that the entree's were not available. wish we would have known that when we checked in to wait.
