I called Mark and he was able to diagnose the issue with my GE gas dryer over the phone. He gave me options for a quick fix of just replacing the time dial. He said that it would not fix the issue as the timer was getting very hard to turn and the new dial would break again. I asked him to fix the unit correctly at which time he said he would order the parts and call when they came in. A couple of days later Mark arrived and replaced the timer and dial and cost was as he had estimated. He even took a look at a washer that was screaming during spin cycle and told us to run it until it stopped working as the complete gearbox was not worth it to us to replace. He also gave us some information for replacement of the washer and what to stay away from. Great job, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He is my new go to service provider. With the details I shared of my appliance issue, the response had a basic ballpark price for service AND a note about the issue - stating it was a known issue and the manufacturer has a fix for it. I can't say enough how wonderful Mark's Appliance Service is. I had a bird nest in my dryer vent my sister, my brother-in-law tried to fix it we removed the bird nest I thought changed the dryer vent and it still would not dry my clothes. My bad I got something stuck in my lint collector so the dryer was acting up and I was afraid furhter use would damage it Mark was able to squeeze me in the day I called and charged me reasonably for the visit.
