I was looking to grab a Tomahawk steak and they were so reasonably price and large that I ended up getting two! They were $25/pound, so they came out about $125 I believe. That's 2.5 pounds of sheer carnivore goodness right there! I also picked up their fully prepared chicken parm and ziti, rice balls, mashed potatoes and two pizzas. They have a deal where you if pick up 3 of their $12.99 prepared dinner options, you get them for $30 total.. score! I cooked one of the steaks the same night and WOW.. it was incredible. The marbling was just perfect and the fat caps, while large enough to help aid with flavor, were small enough that trimming wasn't necessary. While it was my first time here, it certainly won't be my last!

Best part was finding the premium meats. A5 Wagyu, pichana steaks, sweetbreads, elk and bison meat just to name a few things. They also sell marinades, condiments, frozen fruit and vegetables. Beverages and salad toppings too. It's literally your local grocery store but better! This is the spot to grab proteins you need ahead of time for that BBQ you're planning or that family feast you will host. The variety is really the draw here. I saw lobster tails, scallops by the pound and coolest part, pre-made frozen goods for those that just want to thaw and reheat. That is great for when you didn't plan your meals ahead. I highly recommend this market for finding the unique, the premium, or for your everyday groceries. The model is simple: flash frozen, freshly sealed, and shipped or in this case, delivered to your local store. They own farms themselves, have huge bunkers and they work with the locals to source the goods.

There are a nice selection of meats both behind the counter and in the fridge/freezer on the opposite side including but not limited to filet mignon, grass fed chuck chop meat at 18.99 a lb. and antipasto bites of olives in a pack of 3, spices, boxes of manicotti , jumbo shell, vegetables, and in the glass case, cooked Brussel sprouts, roasted red potatoes, on top, bread loafs and gotcha items as bags of Tates cookies. On the walls behind were chalkboard signs of meats and prices along with business cards and a sign listing Dinners Family Style and a QR sign to Join their Text Club for future discounts.
