I provide all the documents and medical records for the last 18 months without any communication to update me. Finally now the lawyer admitted that his paralegal and he himself failed to gather all the documents to the insurance company and told me to find another representative to get good compensation. He admitted that he was busy and did not check my case and never worked on my case nor checked his email or his phones.
