Great local place with awesome coffee beans for sale. Love that it's so kid friendly too Sorry for the picture of a half eaten sandwich. I forgot to take a picture before eating the first half

We had noticed this coffee shop the day before and just had to check it out! I love that they have your basic go to latte and americanos but have some fun syrups and lattes you can order. I ordered an iced butterbeer latte and it was AMAZING! In terms of service, we arrived when they first opened. There was only one barista working, and he did warn us because it was only him it would be a little long so to be patient. It did take us a while to get our food and drinks. But honestly so worth it! I would say just be prepared to wait a little bit, especially if you come on a holiday weekend.

My sister lives in Wheatland so I always pass through but I haven't been since this place was Cuppy's. I regret that. This place is AWESOME! My drink was less than 4 bucks (cheaper than Starbucks) and it tasted so much better. I don't know exactly what she put in it, but it was a good balance of sweet and espresso. She made me a caramel drink that she likes, and it's built like a breve/macchiato; espresso over ice topped with half and half. It took her less than 3 minutes to get my drink out the window! The lot was clean and it seemed like the inside was also well maintained. If you haven't been, let this be your sign to go! Shoutout to the Barista in the white 4th of July shirt that served me at 10:30 today, she rocks.

You can grab coffee, tea, smoothies, milkshakes, cold or hot sandwiches, salads, pastries, and cakes to go. There were packs of coffee for sale; I think it was Vaneli's, a local favorite coffee brand. You could also dine in the cafe. It has an impressive piece of art depicting John Lennon made of coffee beans with coffee mugs as his spectacles. The casino has an opulent rock and roll theme with displays of celebrity stage costumes. I had my eye on the $7 cake slices. The server said the carrot cake was his favorite, so I ordered that. It's moist with visible pieces of carrot and maybe zucchini. However, the LEMON ITALIAN CAKE caught my eye. It's a denser white crumb cake with a cream cheese filling that reminded me of a cheese danish or a cannoli. It's dusted with powdered sugar. So yummy! The cake of my dreams that I never knew existed. I wonder if you can order it as a cake. If I lived closer, I would be ordering the Lemon Italian Cake frequently. I highly recommend it.

As the "Starbucks" of Hard Rock Casino, I think the focus should stay as a coffee shop, because the kitchen food needs a lot of help. I ordered the bulgogi bowl ($12), my husband ordered the chorizo breakfast burrito ($12), and we both ordered the large blended Thai tea ($10). The food was edible, and we were hungry, so we ate our food. My bowl and the burrito were bland bland bland! The mild green salsa could not bring any flavor to the burrito, and don't get me started on the "chorizo." The meat was very pale in color, dry, and unseasoned. Not sure what kind of chorizo that was, but just by the color, I knew it wasn't going to taste good. My bulgogi had to be the driest, most flavorless beef I've ever had. Zero sauce, zero seasoning, zero flavor. It came with a few pieces of sliced carrot, a lot of sliced raw jalapenos, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds and 2 big lettuce leaves as garnish. At least the white rice was good, although the whole bowl definitely needed soy sauce. The blended Thai teas were ok but needed more Thai tea syrup or whatever they use to make it. The flavor and sweetness was very mild (unlike a real Thai tea). The whipped cream on top was the best part of our meal. Service was good. Friendly cashier and our food and drinks came out fast. I do not recommend the food. I would only go back to try some coffee or to get a pre-packaged snack (candy, chips, etc).

I felt a bit bad even asking to change it, so I went up to the counter and politely asked the girl at the register if we could add an extra shot to balance it out. The cashier was genuinely nice and sweet; she immediately turned to Trinity and asked if she could do that for us. Instead of a standard professional response, Trinity treated me with an immense amount of rudeness and a terrible attitude. Her hostile tone was completely unprovoked. My sister watched the entire interaction play out and was incredibly upset on my behalf because of how disrespectful Trinity was to me, especially since I was being super polite to begin with.My sister felt compelled to speak with Trinity directly about her behavior right then and there. It is highly disappointing to see such a blatant lack of professionalism in a customer service role. While anyone can have an off day, taking it out on a polite customer and ignoring her own coworker's polite request is unacceptable. It is a cute place with potential, but customer service is everything. I am rating them low because of this experience, and I hope management addresses Trinity's attitude moving forward.
