Miss Jerri has groomed my smaller mixed breed (13pound, Tibetan Spaniel and unknown) for 16 years. Jerri can deliver the official cut per breed, but doesn't balk if you request something else. I didn't realize that my girl, Molly, would become a bit anxious when around other dogs who constantly barked. Miss Jerri always scheduled Molly to avoid this situation. Jerri cares about these animals and you'll never have to worry about the treatment of your pup. I'll add a picture of my Molly freshly groomed. The staff are all clearly dog people and we know ours is being well cared for each day. Because we work in the school system, we take her M-F each week and highly recommend for your pet daycare needs. If there is one area in which we can suggest improvement, it's 'on time' opening. Some mornings staff are arriving right at 7 and it seems when they don't start taking dogs right at 7 it's because they are still getting staff in place. On average there are around 2 to 4 cars waiting by 6:55.

Now we have 3 doggies. 1 shitzu , American bully large & the newest edition a pocket bully! Our large American bully Milo was diagnosed with epilepsy 2 & 1/2 years ago. He is really the best dog anyone could ask for. He is sweet & acts like a lap dog although he weighs about 90 lbs . He gets really anxious when it's time to get groomed because he suffers from anxiety & doesn't like to be away from us. Bruce called me shortly after I had dropped milo off & told me that milo was really going through it & that maybe I should go pick him up so I headed their way. I walked in expecting to hear Milo's cries but, instead I saw the most Heart warming thing. Bruce's mom who was visiting got inside one of the large kennels with him to soothe him. When I walked in I saw her just rubbing & soothing him. As long as I live I will never forget the most amazing person that she is & just by her touch she was able to keep him calm until I arrived. She is an Angel . The sight of seeing a person go above & beyond to comfort an animal that she didn't know was so touching!! Thank y'all for all you do.

I immediately got a $70 charge for cancelling even though it was within 24 hrs. She stated it had to be 48 hrs which I could understand if I was just choosing to cancel but I was avoiding potential sickness to her clients. I obviously will not be rescheduling and have found another place that told me they would have appreciated me cancelling due to sickness. She could have waived the fee but chose to lose another customer which I hear they cannot afford to do!
