BEWARE!! We boarded our dog here for 6 days. When we picked her up, she was coughing really bad. Now she has a runny nose on top of it! We're pretty sure it's kennel cough. We would not recommend anyone board their dog here! Also, we were under the impression our dog would be able to socialize with other dogs while she was there. When my husband picked her up and asked how she did with the other dogs the staff told him she didn't get to socialize with them because the "regulars" aren't comfortable with new dogs but she got taken out regularly. I loved this place but not anymore! My grandparents and me have been going ever since we got our dogs and now we both still go but I went today 03/20/19 and I had a really bad experience... Once I picked my dog up everything looked fine so I drove home and I saw my dog licking his lil thingy a lot and I looked at it and he has scratches all around it and on it...and it half the hair was long and other half was obviously cut way shorter, it looked not clean compared to the other parts of him. I called and she told me to come back in... So I drove another 20 minutes to go back. So Erin could tell me sorry and there's nothing she can do, I will have to call and talk to the manager Friday... Also she said he prob scratched it. He physically can not scratch this area and all he's been doing since I got him was licking it... I know it happened while he was there there's no question to it, I just wish she woulda just told me what happened to my dog.. so now all day it's been getting worse. He's gotten red where it, wasn't earlier. Update: called the owner April and she just fought with me saying over and over the clippers couldn't have done that...so how did my dog go in with nothing and come out licking the area over and over and looking uncomfortable the rest of the day.... like wow. I would like to know what happened to my dog!!!! They aren't gonna tell me. Just mailing my money back. She said he can scratch the area to, B*tch no he can not scratch where the scratchs are on him.! Ridiculous customer service! They hurt my dog and can't own up to it! read more

I took my dogs here for 8 days while on a trip. I should have done my research before trusting the care of my dogs to this place. First of all the smell hits you in the face as soon as you walk in. Urine that is the smell of this place. It's so dirty!!! I picked up my dogs after my trip and the guy working there says to me "by the way one of your dogs has an ear infection going on but I don't remember which one." I was shocked at the state of my poor dog! Teddy a 5 year old golden doodle who had just been taken to the vet 1 week prior to being boarded had open wounds on both ears. I had to take him to the vet right away spending another 250$ on treatment for my dog. Teddy had to have 3 different trips to the vet and at one point was possibly going to be put under sedation to clean his ears. They had not one care or apology that my dog got sick under there care and what was worse they didn't tell me until pick up that my dog was sick. My poor dog was suffering without my knowledge and that is a sickening feeling! Please save yourself and possible harm to your animals and never board them at this disgusting place. I love this place. Christy Davis (Hutchison) is really great with the dogs and always willing to help you with any questions about food allergies in animals and the best kind of treatment for them. And talk about beautiful dogs she has several Rottweilers that she shows and trains. She is quite talented. read more

We take my daughters toy poodle here to have Christy groom him. Christy is best dog groomer we have ever used and we are lifetime dog owners. The facility is nice and the staff is friendly but I cannot comment on anything other than grooming as that is the only service we have used here. read more

I love this place for grooming! Our dog is a shitzu-terrier mix that needs a wash & cut about every two months. They are wonderful with getting her in and out in a reasonable time at a great price. They always add either a bow or little "neckerchief." She looks great, is trimmed and cleaned beautifully. Her ears are cleaned of hair/dirt, and her nails are trimmed. They also send a reminder postcard in the mail when she's due for an appointment. I love that since I'm a little disorganized. The people are wonderful and I'm very pleased with their work and how they handle my dog. They also notify me if they believe they might see any ear issues/other visible issues (which I appreciate). read more

John came to our house last weekend to help us with a dog we recently adopted. John took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood how to implement his advice. We got so much out of the session and have made steady progress since then. It has been awesome to see the impact that some simple changes in our behavior has had on our dog. He is getting calmer and more relaxed, and seems to respect us more, with each day that passes. Thanks to John, we are more confident dog handlers and our Rottie is a much happier dog. read more

Erin was awesome with my Australian Shepherd. He's timid when it comes to grooming and normally I stayed with him (we moved from MI.) she sat and explained the process and why they don't allow owners to stay and she called me to pick him up and explained how he did and how she got him through the full groom and he looked so great!
