If you hear someone say I am going to the house it can be read in a few ways after our recent excursion. This is a review for "The House" where the spouse and I had the chance to partake on a Nasty, Paint, and Sip night. This establishment hosted the event and we got there slightly early where a guy with a big chain saying "NASTI" greeted us. Ok so you have something to spark conversation. So not Nasty with a Y but Nasti with an I. So what is the difference in "nasty" and "nasti"? Of course, I dare not ask it aloud but thoughts that pop in your head and have you wondering. He was the one putting on the event and gave us some background on some of the other cities where he had put this event on previously. I believe he said that he comes to DC at least monthly. Overall, the event was very cool and I contemplated posting the masterpiece I painted. On Yelp it might have some of you gasping. Took me a minute to get this current badge. Either way I called my painting "Dinner is Served." I hate the term gentleman's club as it is for everyone, but that is my opinion and view. The place was a bit small but perfect for the event. There were three stages, and the music was a good mix. Fun times for couples and many were there for a girl's night out what I saw. The laid back atmosphere makes this a fun place to checkout at anytime. The performers were all nice, good attitude, and most of all were putting on a show. I think many of them knew that this was more of an event than a regular night at this place. I know many are curious. Not sure how the wings are as these places supposedly have some good wings according to the documentary of these places I saw on Tubi. read more

Out with a group and someone suggested we go. The neighborhood is sketch and parking is scarce, but we had a really good time. The outside doesn't look like much, but once inside it's a hidden gem. The dancers and bartenders were really friendly. The dancers were lovely and talented. The music was great. It's one of the better adult entertainment venues in the area. Have lived in DC all 29 years of my life and figured I'd finally give "The House" a chance. I went on a Saturday night, and it wasn't that crowded. Location isn't the greatest. Parking is even worse. The neighborhood would scare plenty. These were all reasons I never gave this place a shot but to my surprise, this place is a HIDDEN GEM! Cover is $20 for men and women. Normal pricing for most strip clubs in the area. Once you walk in, you are immediately pushed to the bar to buy a drink. This is a supposed "House Standard". I don't even drink, but $14 for a drink seemed pretty high to me. On to the good stuff. There are some very good dancers here with great music. There are 3 stages here and there is always someone on each. The girls are good dancers with GREAT bodies all over. There is a chick for everyone. Big Ass, they have it. Big boobs, they have that too. A little on the heavy side, they have you covered. Small and petite, check. Big ass and big boobs/BARBIE body. THEY HAVE IT! Women do not press you out for dances. There are plenty of seats. Several sofas with plenty of women walking around. Mostly down south music. All in all it was a GREAT night. I love The House. Mondays are amateur night (Fantastic!), Tuesdays old school music. Fridays and Saturdays get WILD!! The DJ and MC definitely keep the crowd entertained as do the ladies. For those who are light weight drinkers like myself, the drinks are strong here. Don't over do it. :-) So if you are really in to skinny and/or White girls, House is not for you - if you have other tastes, then be sure to partake. It has a bit of a more relaxed feel than a lof of strip clubs. You feel more like your with friends than some creepy person staring at women with a whole bunch of other creepy people. I had a great time. I went on a Saturday. Contrary to prior reviews (many of which seem outdated and very old), the club now has four stripper poles. The dancers were very friendly and attractive. I was very impressed with the effort and quality of their dancing (some places, the women are just... lazy). The club is mostly women of color. Similarly, the music is mostly rap, trap, etc. Really hype. Also has hookah. Better than it use to be especially after the renovations but it's still the old Penthouse underneath. Owner finally invested in updating most of the place but it looks like they kept the same old chairs with the torn seats? For that area of town that's about as good as it will get. It's prices after happy hour are high but I guess they need to pay for the lasers and fog machines they have now. The girls are still good, and if you can't afford going to the Stadium drop in the House for a scaled down version where the regulars are the celebs. Finding parking in the area might be a challenge and you may have to try a side street, but look out for the residential parking only signs. I love this club. I've been going for quite a while. The dancers always look good. The staff is friendly. My only criticism is, some nights there aren't that many girls on stage.
