My families dinner was cancelled after a theater show; we tried to order food at 10:45 but they decided to close kitchen early and not what was advertised on line, we communicated with employee downstairs we were starving and he suggested my ubereats order, we sat to eat, finally about 40 minutes later and he could not find it in his heart to let us eat as a family at a lobby table, he made us bring the food upstairs to our room. Mind you, another guest and his son were in a frenzy because a mouse ran under their chairs and the gentlemen was saying this is not what he expected in a four star hotel and for the price he was paying. I would say that good service here is hit or miss and the guests or their scenerio is not the first priority. If you can afford the same then go to the Ritz or Mandarin so you are always considered and treated with respect. Also, wanted to add that guests were not allowed to eat downstairs but other employees were allowed to eat at their early-closed bar while they spread their order of wingstop along the bar in plain view for anyone to see. This was ubsurd, unprofessional and disgusting ! I would never recommend this place and wish I could leave but stuck in misery due to the holiday !
