Within an hour, he had called us over and said "there's a lot going on here, would you like to stop the inspection?" and we said "nah, I think that's normal...keep inspecting..." 20 minutes later, he called us back over and this time showed us pieces of foundation that literally crumbled off in his hands at a single poke. He explained in great detail what was going on, and we asked him if it was his own family member who had an offer on this house, would he let them buy it? He honestly replied no. It gives me chills to think about it. We immediately ceased the rest of the inspection and backed out of our offer. Not only did he save our asses, he rolled the cost over and when we did find the home of our dreams that had good bones, he inspected it and we paid for only one inspection. Last year I bought a property from the bank, in which Debbie F was the Realtor representing this bank. I am a woman and when I saw her profile I saw her WBEMC and it made me feel more comfortable; however the property purchase did not go well. The main problem here and the existence of this review is, when I contact Debbie about a water leak that I had while purchasing the property, she did not follow the proper procedure costing me thousands of dollars to fix the water damage in the walls. What I was really disappointed at, was the way she handle the 2nd water leak that happened because the bank did not fix properly. I contact her several times and she only gave me the run around from the banks number to the "guy" not a company but and individual who fixed the broken pipe. Overall I am just writing this review in hope that others will read it and make the smart decision in choosing the right Realtor. Please do your homework in working with a good Realtor and you will save thousands of dollars.
