There was one car in front of me and we waited for about 5 mins am for our order to be taken. Then once we got to the window nobody greeted us or acknowledged us. We sat there for about 5 more minutes and saw our drinks be made and put on the counter in front of us while they then walked away and chatted in the back about nonsense. We sat for a few more moments waiting for someone to check us out or even a knowledge our presence while our order was completed on the counter. Will NOT be coming back. read more

Ordered four coffees and all were made terribly. I was given a latte instead of cappuccino; the americano was almost all water; the hazelnut mocha was sickeningly sweet; and the vanilla mocha was just not done right. Asked for brown sugar on the side for the cappuccino but the staff didn't know what brown sugar is and instead gave me syrup in a cup. Ridiculous. read more

I have been coming to this location for as long as I can remember! I have never been let down by my large coconut milk Carmel mocha! Let me tell you though this last year has improved tremendously and I'm not talking just about the remodel(which I love it's beautiful and so fast!) but these girls are efficient, friendly, sentimental, and fast! Love love love coffee! Love chiclet covered coffee beans, they remind me of super balls. I wonder if birds eat them, probably not but they are pretty on the road. However and here is the negative part we don't like coffee that tastes like hot water. For instance when you order an Americano with an extra shot that thing should taste like coffee and make you want to get up and dance. Service was good, establishment was clean, they don't take bills lager than 20.00. Soooooo unless there is an improvement in the coffee beverages I won't be back and would recommend you go else where also. An update, received a nice email from Human bean offering to make this right with a gift card, customer service goes a long ways with me so I give them a couple more stars.
