Wanted to try this place out while waiting on my car in the shop. The vibe and customer service was great! The drinks not so much. My boyfriend and I both experienced bad stomach pains after drinking a couple sips. If it was just me I would think it was my stomach but for my boyfriend's stomach to be upset too is weird. Drink were great and clean area I guess but the table weren't clean enough. It is currently winter and its cold the fire place weren't working. What do they want us to feel? COOOOOOOL coffee shop! First time here - we were on vacation in Oregon and stopped in. So glad we did. It's a giant space, with tons of different seating types and different areas. Lots of light. Many people were working on their laptops. Cool fireplace too - for those chilly days. We each got a blended chiller drink and they were perfection. Blended smoooooth with delicious flavor. WiFi sucks -- and management know about it. After a couple of weeks of spotty internet they did not sound committed to fix it when I spoke with them again last night. Possibly because they do not want authors like myself hanging out for a couple of hours buying only two or three cups of char. I've never been there when the house is full, so I'm not sure if that's going to be a problem for them. I only save text files up to the cloud, my bandwidth usage is minimal. Last night I couldn't get a 3K document synced back to DropBox, it's that bad! They haven't rotated out the WiFi password in many weeks so I suspect they may have acquired leeches who are squatting on their WiFi. My 2c. On a positive note, parking is ample, the place is clean, the ambiance inviting -- even though the chairs are a little cold and pull up too low to the tables to get comfortable. The tall tables may be different, but I haven't tried them. Service is friendly, albeit a little slow. Seems like they could use more help at the counter since they appear to favour Servicing folks at the drive through window. read more

We love Blackrock coffee. Great espresso. My only comment aside from that is they have one young girl with mid length dark hair who probably should put more clothes on. Her midriff and boba are often showing. Not very presentable. Not everyone who comes in is young and accepting of this. read more

This black rock is really good. A great place to hangout with friends or for business and enjoy good coffee. The staff is friendly. The music is a little too loud if you want to concentrate. Believe it or not, I had never been to the original stand on Biddle Road. When they opened up this location, my fiance and I wanted to try them out. Wow! Good coffee, great staff, clean cafe! I love that you can taste the coffee, but it's also tasty without being too sugary and too sweet. My favorite drink to order off the menu is either an iced Caramel Blondie, or a blended Caramel Blondie. I highly recommend this coffee joint! read more

We came in for the dollar deal today. We sat in line for fifteen minutes and ended up missing out on the dollar coffees. Which was a little frustrating because we were there before it ended, but we ordered anyway because we still wanted the coffee. I paid extra for caramel drizzle, and when she handed us our coffees there was no caramel and she told me she didn't have time to fix it. After paying $20 for four coffees I kind of expect to get it the way I asked. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Great coffee and great people that work here but there are so many flies... I can't enjoy my coffee without 4 or 5 flies enjoying it too. As I am writing this review I have 3 flies on my leg... I would love to give Black Rock 5 stars but the flies definitely ruin the experience. read more
