They usually come out poke around find something that will cost hundred to fix then disappear for hours or even days to get parts. Actual work never seems to take more than a few minutes. Not the guys at A C Experts though. Bruce & Josh arrived on time, found the problem quickly, had the parts on the truck, didn't kill my bank account. I will never use another hvac company. These guys are the real deal.

When I originally called, I expected to wait at least a week to get someone out here to look at it. These guys were able to work us in to get someone out the same day. Luckily they found the problem and our system was up and running an hour after they arrived. I was extremely impressed by them. They were thorough, called exactly when they said they would call, took photographs and documented all they did. I will be calling this company for any HVAC needs I have in the future.

Tony Thrasher came out to my home and provided our annual heating and air checkup. He opened and inspected and pressure washed the entire outdoors condenser. He inspected and cleaned the indoor furnace unit. Reviewed the effectiveness of the thermostat. Because we are having trouble with cold spots, he even used an infrared instrument to detect flaws in our exterior wall insulation. He was timely, efficient, professional, thorough and cordial. I had 2 other so called professionals to look at the problem and they collected a service charge for coming out but did not stop the leak. The last one told me he was a plumber and I needed an HVAC Professional. Well skip past the blah blah, no call back or ridiculous price. The Lord led me to Mr. Dennis Tapps' company. Mr. Tapp was on time, trustworthy, affordable and FIXED my water leak by turning off the cutoff valve. He didn't try to cheat me by saying he did something he didn't do or even use a brunch of professional jargon to up the price. (Like the two other guys). When we asked him if we needed to replace or buy anything, Dennis didn't try to sell us unneeded items and assured us what we had would work fine. He gave us good advice about filters and answered all of our questions. Couldn't've been more honest or knowledgeable. We'll definitely contact him first in the future for heating and AC needs.
