This food truck definitely exceeded everyone's expectations and added a fun element to the event and was a great alternative to what normally would have required bringing in and managing food for a large group, Cheesy Dave's took care of everything making it easy with no cleanup for the team hosting the event. They have an ever changing menu with a few mainstays. The menu is very diverse from burgers to tacos to pastas. Anytime I have had their food the service has been quick and courteous. Prices tend to be a little high but if you think about it, they are coming to you and have the cost of gas/vehicle maintenance that needs to be factored in. They aren't ridiculous prices but enough to cover those extra expenses I imagine. I've had the Lobster Mac n' Cheese which was pretty good and ran $10. There was a decent amount of food in this dish and the lobster was plentiful. The Original Trükballs are delicious. The sauce is excellent. They run $4 for 2. Fresh cut Rosemary Fries are a good side for $3. The real standout for me on the menu is the Chili Dog. This thing is huge, probably a 1/3 beef hot dog on a large bun with a crusty outside filled with sweet and spicy homemade chili. You can barley see the dog when it's served. Ask for onions and pour on some hot sauce and you have something special! I think this monster runs about $6 and totally worth it. When my boyfriend brought it up, the owner admitted they were expired and said he found them in storage because they ran out of BBQ chips. His excuse? "It happens." When we expressed concern about whether the rest of our food was also expired, instead of taking responsibility and apologizing, the owner got rude and dismissive, saying, "Well I didn't charge you for it, so I don't know why you're worried about it." That is completely unacceptable and a major food safety issue. To make matters worse, the cashier wouldn't even acknowledge us -- she laughed during the conversation and acted like we were the problem and made it clear they didn't care at all. The customer service here is absolutely horrible, and the lack of care for people's health is disturbing. Do not eat here. Ever.
