I would say for me I didn't love the pad Thai in comparison to the many that I've had before, because it was a bit different in flavor profiles than what I'm used to. When I saw the truck of the week was Food Box, I made a point to go (especially after seeing their menu on Facebook). I ordered a a black bean burger ($6) for myself and a schnitzel sandwich with fries ($10) for my husband. I felt like was a fair price. Only a few other people were around, so I figured it wouldn't be long for my food. 7-8 minutes after ordering, the staff came to me and said they forgot to bring the black bean burgers on the truck, so he couldn't make my order. All of the other items were burgers or pork. I'd already placed my husband's order and didn't want him to not have food, so I waited around for his and just left hungry. At least the staff refunded me my money for the black bean burger they didn't have. I really hate leaving negative reviews, but I waited 15 minutes on a menu item that they didn't have. I thought they would be small servings, but these were nice size pieces of boneless chicken on a soft bun (think King's Hawaiian). For $9 we had a delicious chicken slammie with fries. The fries were delicious too, thick perfectly fried, and salted, boy these went well with out beer. So glad we the Food Box was here, and we look forward to checking out more items when we find them around town.
