    Steak tacos with queso
    Anthony B.

Steak tacos and add the queso for the 25 cents. They take that cheese and get it crisp on the grill while cooking the steak and it gives it so much flavor. Also they give you grilled onions when you order them and this is such a plus to the order in my opinion if you like carmelized onion on your tacos. Guacamole was good on the side. Over all one of the best steak tacos from a food truck that I've had. Will 100% be back for more!

My favorite taco truck in CHS. The location is extremely convenient for me but I feel like it's kinda slept on because it's out of the way unless you live on DI. I have had quite the assortment of offerings from here including tinga, quesadillas de hongos, and tortas. Will always be a go-to for me. Fresh and flavorful.

Hey, so I drove by this place like 1 million times and always wanted to try it and then today was the day... I cannot say enough good things. I expected the food to be great, it was... Every taco I ate was the best, none were better than the other. They were just all really great. I had a Pollo taco a Carnitas taco and a Pastor taco, they come with a green sauce. You have to ask for the red sauce. It is very spicy and hot but very, very good. Highly recommend & I will be back!! The price is out of this world, the taste, everything. It is mainly to-go, there are tables to hang out. There is a parking lot with plenty of space.

I had heard that one of my favorite taco places, Carmen y Juans, had taken over El Pariente and moved it over to Clements Ferry. I asked Juan when I went in and confirmed the rumors were true. Y'all don't know how happy this makes me since I lived in Park West for so long, I had tacos down the street, but since moving to lower Mt P and then to Park Circle, the times I made it up there for tacos were less and less. Now I can just go two exits on 526 to get some of the best Mexican food in town! For my first visit, I had to sample the menu so we started with Chips, Salsa, and Queso. Then a quesadilla, and three different tacos. We ordered at the truck and then found a seat in the on the covered patio. They also have some outdoor picnic tables in the sun too. They brought items out as they were ready and everything was so delicious. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food near clements ferry, this is the spot for sure.

What a marvelous option for quick, authentic, affordable take away tacos and tortas. They actually have a comfortable spot to dine in too if that's better for you. Generous portion of guacamole for 2.50 too. Love the grilled Serrano pepper and onion that comes with the tacos. Carnitas were my favorite. Good vegetarian options too. Go support this family run food truck for your next taco take out.

Actually dangerous to have a taco truck this good just a mile from my house These tacos are really good, simple and traditional. I tried chicken, steak, and pork and would say the pork was my favorite!!

They don't take reservations, so we waited about 30 minutes at the…read morebar, which turned out to be the best decision we made because we had such lively conversation with our neighbor (an investment banker) and our bartender, Duncan. Both made our day! I will say: Duncan makes the best Berry Coladas!! That drink is SO GOOD! it tastes like a coconut berry smoothie (we got the alcoholic version with rum, but there's a nonalcoholic version as well). Once our table was ready, we were moved to a booth. The overall decor is coastal and cute, with basket-lighting, wooden booths, and multiple ways to order! You can order via your server, QR code, or a paper ballot. We started off with the large sized chips & guac. I was skeptical at first because the guacamole doesn't have tomato, but it was VERY good! We devoured it! For tacos: we got: The baja fish taco: one of my favorites--the fish is perfectly crispy The crispy duck taco: good! Not super crispy, but definitely tasty The cauliflower taco: a surprise hit! I found the flavors very refreshing and well seasoned! The tuna taco on a bed of lettuce: this one can get messy. I ordered with my stomach instead of reading the fine print that it doesn't come in a traditional taco tortilla. The overall taco is good and the tuna has excellent flavor. The taco does come loaded with a sauce that tends to spill--so eat over the tray! My sister got the carne asada taco, and she felt that it could have been better. She felt the carne asada itself was bland and relied on the sauce for flavor. I'm usually skeptical of chain restaurants like Bartaco, but I've been pleasantly surprised: their food is reliably good! (Of note, the Bartaco in Hyde Park Village in Tampa DOES take reservations, unlike this one). I wish this Bartaco also took reservations. On busy days, you can easily expect a 30-45 minute+ wait to be seated here. That being said, the guacamole, the drinks, and the tacos are overall very good! I found that ordering 5 tacos was more than enough to fill me. My sister and I split our bill of berry coladas, large chips & guac, and tacos (5 per person) and it came out to $33.53 per person (with tax and tip).

Last night I placed a large order: burrito de birria, two tamales, pozole, large bag of chips , guacamole, drinks . After driving 30 minutes back to my hotel, I opened the bag to find the tamales were completely missing. Then I tried the pozole, and it was so salty it was absolutely inedible. On top of that, they didn't include a single condiment--just a bland, overly salty soup. I tried calling for 30 minutes straight--no answer. Left a voicemail--no call back. Not that night, not the next morning. Completely ignored. The next day, I went in person to give them a chance to make it right. I had my order number and explained everything clearly. Instead of even attempting to help, they refused to do anything without a physical receipt. No effort to look up the order, no accountability, no customer care. Just excuses. Expecting someone to drive 30 minutes back with uneaten food just to prove a mistake is ridiculous. I ended up having to go to Wendy's just to eat dinner after spending money here--that alone says everything. Mistakes happen, but the way a business handles them is what matters. This place clearly doesn't care once they have your money. This wasn't my first issue here, but it will definitely be my last.

To start we ordered the trio: guac, queso, and salsa + chips and the quesadilla. The Trio was good, about what you'd expect for chips and salsa at most places. The quesadilla was quite good as well. I ordered the Lobster roll (forgot complete name) and the Tsunami roll. Both of my rolls were incredible. They were very nice, 10/10 rolls. The fish was fresh, and the flavors were on point. All of my friends also enjoyed the rolls they ordered. I also ordered the fish collar tacos, which is easily the best bang for your buck on the menu. The plate only costs $14 and it comes with 2 fat fish collars, not sure what species, forgot to ask, if I had to guess I would say grouper or cobia. These collars are beautiful fried and loaded with meat. Additionally the plate comes with some lettuce, cilantro, lime, pineapple pico, sauce, and 3 flour tortillas. If you don't mind getting your hands a little dirty to separate the meat from bone, you will get three very very filled fish tacos and have meat to spare. Needless to say, the fish collar tacos were delicious and very well priced. All in all, I had a good time; the service was phenomenal, drinks were constantly being refilled, and there's really nothing to complain about. Great experience!
