John the lab specialist handle my specimens really well and took care of the process professionally. I would come here again if Needed in the future. I had questions regarding their processes and why they do what they do. I asked about why they put coloring into the toilet bowl, and why I had to pee past a certain line in the cup. He answered very politely and gave me great answers to the questions. The answer to the first question was: " So people don't use the water as a specimen sample and say it's their pee for the drug tests" Second Answer: " there is a thermometer an inch above the line, to make sure the specimens are fresh. Its Important that the temperature is between is 90- 100° to ensure authenticity and that its fresh".

So I called many times to get ahold of someone to have them tell me I need another form signed grant ya I'm on my third week I handed in the forms last week and there has been no contact so I called for an 8th time and still have no certificate. What a joke the doctor is there!

After the treatment or the lack there of for my father-in-law I wouldn't take a sick animal…read morehere...Sure it starts off friendly enough and then once they have you the fun starts...He was there for wound care which only got worse as they had him, eventually he had to return to the hospital in worse shape than when they admitted him into Kirkhaven...We turned them into the state and after 3 months we heard back from them and they were no help whatsoever, seems somebodies getting paid...Trust me don't send a loved one here under no circumstances...

I was seen by Dita, for occupational services. Dita was extremely kind and encouraging as I…read morecompleted a physical fitness test for the CBP and BPA position. There were times I was not sure I was going to make it, and Dita encouraged me to the end, as I completed both tests. Dita provided water, apple juice and snacks to replenish my fluids after the extreme exertion, and requested I sat for at least 10 minutes. I received a call from the DHS due to the department mixing up my paperwork and I had to go back to the office a third time as each test was completed on two separate days. I had to drive over 2 hours to the office and Dita's sister worked at the front desk (I thought she was Dita, lol, and I found out she was her sister) contacted DHS for me and corrected the confusion. Dita's sister contacted the Office manager and explained the situation, and the Office Manager called me directly, on my cell phone. The Office Manager provided her direct work cell phone number and assured me if any further paperwork was needed by the DHS, or if the DHS needed to speak to her directly, to call her provided work cell number. I am extremely grateful for Dita, her sister, and the Office Manager for all of their compassion and empathy as I trained and worked very hard to complete the rigorous tests for the CBP and BPA position. I recommend this office to anyone as all staff are kind, caring and professional and will go over and beyond to provide exceptional care. 5 stars!!!!

Had to make an appointment here for a drug test to start a new job. The entire process was easy,…read moreprofessional and fast. Great location near my house, plenty of parking as they are in a plaza. During the pandemic they had some different rules, such as calling when you arrive for your scheduled appointment. Bring in your all ready filled out forms... no hanging out in waiting room. Temperature checked at door and ID. A staff member immediately walks you back to a private room for "test". A quick visit to a bathroom to fill up your specimen cup... label and initial it. That's it, super easy.
