Absolutely Horrible. I went in for DOT Physical and the doctor would not give me unless a form was signed. I got the form signed and never received a call back. So I called many times to get ahold of someone to have them tell me I need another form signed grant ya I'm on my third week I handed in the forms last week and there has been no contact so I called for an 8th time and still have no certificate. I had to come here for a work physical and drug screening tests. Place is located right of 390 on Chili Ave, very convenient to get to. Their in a large complex area with tons of parking. You enter a large lobby area and check in, grab a seat and wait to be called. Staff was very pleasant and actually very fast. Had to also get a skin test that required me to stop back in after 48 hrs for them to look at my arm. Both appointments took less than an hour, they send your paperwork off to your work as well as give you a copy. read more

Through the years I have come here for DOT physicals, drug tests, etc. They have all the basic forms of DOT exams and work place safety programs that employers demand. It's very easy to get to right off of 390 in Chili. But things are quite slow here. There's always a waiting period. The staff has been generally polite but things could be faster I think. read more

Pros: convenient, albeit minimally staffed. Cons? Well, if you're expecting the same level of service that you get at Rochester Immediate Care, guess again. Workfit is geared more to Workers Comp and employee physicals. Unpleasant surprises? Yes! $55 "facility surcharge" vs. $15 copayment at Immediate Care. I called Excellus after my appt. and they confirmed that. So... If your job sends you here you probably wouldn't mind sitting here for a couple hours as the staff somewhat laconically handles other patients. Came here for a drug test for a new job. Convenient location right off of 390. The signing on the outside of the building is confusing and not really clear where you are supposed to go. Clean on the inside and the staff was friendly. It took about 5 minutes to check in, and then another 10 minutes in the waiting room before they brought me to another waiting room. From there it was about another 10 minutes to get the drug test started. Okay process, they have an urgent care center inside, probably wouldn't use that since it's not close to my home. read more

One star is generous, I'd give zero stars if I could. I've been here twice, both experiences were awful. Long wait times, very disorganized. Only one secretary working, takes forever just to check in. The first time I came was years ago for a work physical. I was there for over 4 hours due to the waiting, even with an appointment. They just leave you in the room waiting forever. This time was walk-in for a work injury. They don't take people for walk-in in the order they arrived. We waited over 80 minutes and others who got here 40 minutes+ after us waited less than 10 minutes. Not right.. It is hard to find, hardly any signage on the outside of the building. Even though Strong and RGH and everyone else are back to letting a support accompany people to appointments, Work Fit will not. Even with a patient with disabilities. All they care about is that you can speak English. Nurse was incredibly rude and unempathetic. They don't follow laws set by the Americans with Disabilities Act. I would give zero stars if I could. I have to call and clarify more than half the prescriptions patients bring into me. It is almost impossible to get through to an employee when you call for clarification. There is no option to speak to a nurse or medical secretary when calling. What dr office doesn't have those options? Please be better workfit medical. Your patients literally have to drive back to your office to get in contact with you so we can fill their prescriptions. read more

I waited in the waiting room for over 45 minutes. When I finally saw someone, the "exam" took less than sixty seconds. I received a diagnosis along with a prescription that was supposed to be forwarded to my local pharmacy. When I arrived at my pharmacy approximately two and half hours later to pick it up, it had not yet been submitted. I will not return. read more

I'm just surprised how the place is ran. The people are nice but the wait times are unbearable. I had an appointment at 3 pm and still haven't seen the doctor two hours later. I hope they can figure out a way to be more Proficient. The facilities are some what run down for a medical office. Run down might be over the top but the Floors and walls are pretty marked up and dirty. Maybe it's just a bad day but people are sleeping in the waiting room Dreaming about seeing a doctor. Later today is my third attempt to get a physical. First day I was left in a waiting room for an hour until I walked out and rescheduled where I was told I would be a rush the next day. I checked in the next day as a rush and after 45 minutes was told it would be another two hours. No consequences here, so what do they care, they will still get paid. read more

Absolutely ridiculous. My husband had to use this company for his new employer. He made an appointment and when he checked in they told him it's take about an hour; new company wanted several different tests done. They started his tests, then left him in a room waiting for over an hour until they continued the tests. The whole thing took almost 3 hours. Oh, and then he gets notice from his employer that they messed up one of the tests. He was told not to make an appointment, it would be an in and out type of thing. He waited for over 2 hours, after they took him to a room, before they even started said test. read more

This place sucks. My employer refers people here which is unbelievable. The staff is incredibly inefficient. Every time I've been here has involved a long wait. Even for a routine follow up. The doctors are rude and condescending. Even when they do provide a prescription that may help, you'll be lucky to get it that day. I had to wait several days for mine because they can't seem to keep track of anything. Would never recommend this place without a complete overhaul. The employees treat you like you have a highly contagious disease, they are as rude as it gets, they look so miserable and unhappy it obviously reflects on how they treated me. They moved me to a room where there no no sits available reason why (right now while writing this) I'm Sitting on the Floor! And nobody has offered me one! The service let's just not go there, the employees look like they are done living and it's your fault they are here at 19:45. I went in for a "quick" health screening and TB test for a new job, just recently. Had a 6 PM appt. wasn't called in until 6:25. I waited in the exam room for another 20 min before my exam. They forgot to administer my TB test, so back in I go for yet another 15 min wait before a different doctor got around to it. I was told over the phone that the screening was $5 and TB test was $22. So I went in thinking $27 isn't too bad. I get to the desk and they say $22 for the TB test but $35 for the screening!!! What could I do? I was misinformed and disappointed that I spent a whole evening here for a measly 5 min of care (if you could call it that) and shelled out a lot more than I feel it was worth. I hope I never have to come here again. They need to think seriously about their lack of urgency in dealing with APPOINTMENTS. Ladies at the front desk were friendly, polite, but again, no urgency.
