She wrote back that it would take a month to complete and she told me to book it by sending her $30.30 for a full reading and to send it to her paypal. I sent it that same day and she confirmed that and that I was booked. This was in April. I followed up about the chart reading in May because I had not received it still. She told me she would have it soon. In June I still had not received the reading. So I emailed her and asked if she had a set delivery date. She ignored my email and never emailed me back, or my service. A week later I asked her for a refund and told her I paid her and she never gave me my service and I asked for a refund. She ignored that email and never refunded me or even responded. I sent her reminders via paypal in July to refund me and they went unanswered. To this day, it is October 2020, and I still have not received my service or a refund. She STOLE my money and boldly ignored my emails and never gave me her service. She just took my money and disappeared. She deleted her fb business page and made her IG private. She just took my money and never gave me my service or even emailed me to tell me what happened, nor did she refund me. She took my money and disappeared. She stole my money. I got my money back from my bank by opening an investigation with them and letting them know she stole my money, so the bank refunded me, so I got my money back that way. EMILY CULLEN IS A THEIF AND A SCAM ARTIST. SHE TAKES YOUR MONEY AND THEN DISAPPEARS. SHE DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE SERVICE. SHE JUST STEALS YOUR MONEY. SHE IS A FAKE ASTROLOGIST. DO NOT USE HER SERVICE OR HER BUSINESS BECAUSE SHE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THEN DISAPPEAR. EMILY CULLEN SHOULD LOSE HER LICENSE AND HER BUSINESS FOR STEALING MONEY. And I will look into how to alert the organization that gives her her license so that she doesn't have it anymore for stealing people's money.

The chai is also good- they have five varieties to chose from in various spice combinations, some stronger than others. They have milk alternatives, such as oat milk, though they do cost a little extra. If you're a tea person this is a nice place to go because they have a really big selection of teas on hand, from various black tea blends, white tea, and herbal. The baked goods have always been yummy. I am partial to their chocolate chip cookie as it has a dash of cayenne to make it a little more interesting and tasty. Earthbound has a rewards program for their drinks so after so many punches/marks you get a free beverage. There is a small discount if you bring your own reusable cup. They have some seating inside but I've never sat there, nor seen anyone else at the tables, so I always sorta assumed it was for the metaphysical services. In good weather there is dedicated outdoor seating. (I usually grab and go though.) As far as the metaphysical part of the Shoppe, it seems nice! There are lots of crystals, candles, herbs, incense, and books. The items of offer are largely sorted into specific areas. They have a whole host of offerings on magick, astrological, tarot, and other metaphysical classes, events, and services. Parking- there is a lot for cars out front. It is on a bus route. There's no bike racks nearby that I have noticed.

When I mentioned that what I was looking for was used for cleansing spirits and such she googled it and came back like "OH! I've seen a Shaman use this I totally know what it is" like ok girl. No huge complaints I just wish that one clerk wasn't so obtuse considering spirituality isn't cut and dry. If you don't know about something, that doesn't mean it doesn't actually exist. But again, it was just her that one time. Any other time I love the women in there and they're always warm and helpful.
