A friendly and casual stop for some great beer and good food. I found out that they often have events like live music and bingo. The large room allowed the class to go on away from the main bar and high top table area. Orders are placed at the bar and the one bartender working had things running smoothly. I ordered a Watermelon Wheaton beer and loaded nachos. I immediately got my beer and got a pager for my food. There were a few regular tables along the perimeter among the high top tables but I chose to sit at the bar. The other patrons were very friendly and included me in their conversation. The beer was crisp and cold. The food came out rather quickly. The nachos were topped with beer cheese, fresh pico de gallo, sour cream, and scallions. There was a very generous amount of sour cream so I didn't have to worry about just eating chips. The bartender kept everyone served and knew what the regulars drank. She checked on me regularly. My only disappointment is that as summer comes to an end I will have to wait until next year to attend the events they have at the brewery.

How people came up with the idea and ways to make cheese is cool itself but wow the work to do it with the tools they made wow!
