We discussed my prior accidents and they were even in the quote itself about 2 days later I get a "quote adjustment" for 47$ they claim they (found) more point on my license and another day later I got the next months bill already and I can clearly see it says it needs to be paid by June 12th otherwise it's canceled. I called yesterday and the du@$:):8!3ss says in other words it's not their fault ya da ya da. I'm wait for a call still a day later from management to discuss why I was "misquoted" when I know I wasn't because I only have had 2 accidents and they are saying that the 2 tickets with those accidents WENT seen I'm very furious to say the least while they are still the cheapest in my case even if those 2 are counted for a total of 189/mon it's not bad BUT THERES NO EXCUSE for any o this to slip!! The agents here are very courteous and professional, and they can accommodate any need. I had to add a few stops to my guide, and they did it with ease, one agent even highlighted my entire route, with stops on one of the bigger maps and a smaller map just in case I ventured off course. I also witnessed a lady who needed a tow truck and the agent at the front desk was very helpful in assisting the lady's needs. I would go to this store for anything AAA related. Now for a plug about the program itself. Its not that expensive for the piece of mind of knowing you can get towing if needed; a battery or fuel if the worst case scenario happens. Not to mention, their membership discounts are infinite it seems. Hotels, rental cars, anything travel or shopping related will give a discount for AAA members. All in all, its worth it!

Suffice to say, I am now shackled with huge healthcare debt from their "expert attention" and follow-up. I was with Jana DellaFlora 20 years and only made one claim when I hit a deer with my car. She (State Farm) charged me the $500 deductible even though it was considered a "no consequence" incident. Jana is all about Jana and making the dollar for herself. She is not interested in those that she insures. I recently, after as recently stated made a claim after 20 years of paying State Farm and she did not even have the decency to talk to me but left the responsibility to her "receptionist". After 2 weeks with no response I consistently and repeatedly had to call to get in contact with the "claims department". I was switched through 3 agents before they were able to "assign" someone to my claim then they automatically denied it. Within 24 hours I dropped Jana as my State Farm representative. What happened? Well of course then Jana reached out and shared that part of my claim would be considered. What a failure Jana is as a representative of State Farm and what a failure State Farm is to loyal customers. I am really surprised to see Jana even rates at a 3 star. I would rate her at 0 stars if I could. Shame on you Jana DellaFlora. You are a poor representative for State Farm as well as any type of business woman.

This was one of the best things to happen to us because insurance can be so tricky especially when a claim or the different modes of insurance are involved. The entire staff at this agency are helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They never tried to push expensive premiums on us and they were always honest. We had a few natural disasters happen while insured through an insurance company, and let me tell you - if you don't have an agency that supports your interest - you won't know what to do or where to start when something like that happens. We moved early this year to Idaho, and had to leave our beloved Insurance Agency. I wish we could have taken them all with us hahaha! In addition to The Insurance Circle being wonderful to us, we were insured through Pekin (FAI), and they were equally wonderful.
