I continued the party here after karaoke concluded at another bar. I was starving as the other bar did not serve food. Upon perusing the menu here I noticed 1) various burger combinations 2) peanut butter 3) default served medium unless requested otherwise. Burgers are served with a choice of fries or house potato salad. I chose the potato salad. EXCELLENT option. The potato salad is uniquely flavored with a spicy kick tolerable by even the most sensitive diner. HEAVILY RECOMMENDED. Of their wide burger menu I chose the Rebel which includes a fried egg and PEANUT BUTTER. At first, I thought this was an odd combination but once bitten into you instantly agree that it's culinary genius! I loved and savored every bite! The staff is friendly and accommodating. Great late night experience as I'm writing this at midnight on a Wednesday night. I will come again to try the other combinations. If only my stomach could hold more! 10/10! read more

I absolutely love karaoke nights here . they do it Friday Wednesday and Sunday. Mike the karaoke dj is phenomenal but, Colleen the bartender is truly the gem of this place. A really fun place with the best staff!

Yep, solid divey spot on Southwest Highway,just east of Ridgeland (south side of street). No food to speak ok, no CC processing, but ATM on site. Nice bathroom, looks to have been redone recently. Pool table looks pretty good too. Plenty of dank. I loved the foot rest. Some places just dont have them anymore, or some kinda crappy, fancy looking, fuctionally suspect brass tube footrest. Not sure of the AC situation but hoping it is toasty cold come July. Plenty of parking and our server, Michelle, was a hoot. Fast, quick service with a smile. Sometimes a pissy bartender just makes the whole experience less than enjoyable. We were late afternoon. The nights there look to be pretty good. Keep up the good work! read more

I am thinking that this may be one of my newest favorite hangouts in Oak Lawn. There is not a classy thing about this place and that is just the way i like it. What the bar is missing in style and class it more than makes up for in friendly service, and fun times and fun crowd. I was shooting darts here in my dart league on a Sunday night and they were jumping on a Sunday night. Cullen's Pub is a dive bar that has a vast array of characters every night. You need to bring some cash with you because they don't accept any credit cards yet but I believe I've seen an ATM at the entrance, which brings me to question why I ran across the street to the local bank to use their ATM instead...hmm. Anyway, Thursday's and Friday's have karaoke and a large amount of people come out to watch or participate in what is now known as "American Idol" instead of just karaoke. There seem to be people who can really sing and even more people who think they can, but hey, who cares, right? Karaoke is always a good time and as long as the drinks keep coming, you'll sound better and better ever time you get on stage! Cullen's also has a patio out back and a bar in the summertime...most people out there seem to smoke from what I've seen. They have plenty of parking (Two lots) and you can also park on the street. I have going to Cullens since late last year when some friends of mine invited me there on a kareoke nite---and from there on I have been going there either on Thursday or Friday nites for kareoke and meeting new people. Saw this place and decided to stop in for a few drinks, haven't been in here since it was Cullen's years ago. Like what they've done with the place adding the tv's and the remodeling looks good. Forgot how big this place is, there's darts and pool table and outside seating. I hear they have live bands too. Overall just a cool local bar. read more
