She was unnecessarily rude to the kids, and the way she spoke to both children and adults came across as disrespectful and unwelcoming. A friendly attitude from the first person guests encounter makes a big difference, especially at a family facility. I hope management addresses this, because the facility itself has a lot of potential, but customer service left a poor first impression.

All I had to do was sign the waiver and I could use the facilities. The young man who works here even took the time to show me the rowing machines I was interested in which I appreciated. My only complaints are the limited hours and small area, but i understand it fits the need and population size. They generally open at 8am which is not optimal, and if there's a class going on there's not room to use free weights or do anything other than treadmill. I think the staff do a great job with what's available- and always have lunch time fitness classes convenient for workers.

I was able to go to an appt where I did a 45 min soak in the oxygenated tub. It was relaxing and just rejuvenating. I dimmed down the lights to really relax. I also was able to get a massage by Audrey for an hour and it was affordable yet amazing. $80! She was careful around my injury areas and was able to go deep for me since I like a firm massage. Overall I am so happy to have a wonderful place so close by. These people are the real deal and are all about wellness and relaxation. Next up float tank!!
