Awesome place to stay! Really neat house with a lot of space, beautiful landscaping and view of the mountains, delicious breakfast, and wonderful rooms! The owner was super friendly and willing to help any way she could. Would definitely stay again!

And I have to say I had no idea what I was missing til we stayed at the Garden Cottage this time. From the time we parked and walked through their amazing and vibrant gardens up the the most adorable ivy-covered porch, to being greeted by the most warm and gracious hosts. The parlor is filled with vintage chairs of the most comfortable and interesting variety, the shelves full of books with old classic covers and the smell if years gone by when you open them. The kitchen is full of every delightful china and crystal you've ever seen, and all arranged in honey ways, like someone has very carefully designed every cubby, every wall, and just about every square inch. We stayed in the Morning Glory room, which has a separate entrance from the main house, which in itself is very nice and private. Even better, it's located right next to the backyard garden--through the most beautiful flower-adorned arch you make your way into the fairy tale-like gardens in back, which are exactly as magical as you thought they might be by the gardens in front. Just like everything else in this place, every inch is carefully laid out with the most beautiful flowers and plants, and the most adorable seating, including the perfect vine-wrapped swing. I took the liberty to bring my oil pastels out to the garden this morning to let the sunshine and vibrant scenery inspire me, and I recommend everyone else do the same! There's something about this place that will inspire you to take up colors and try to create something beautiful yourself! I could go on forever about the delicious breakfasts and delightful company, or the room itself and the fine furnishings and adorable flowery asornments, but I feel like I've given you enough now that you need to stay here a few nights and find all of the treasures out yourself!

Received a notice of cancelation this morning. After of multiple phone calls, Naan, the previous owner, never returned our calls, and, changed her voicemail to reflect that the place had been sold. Naan left a number to reach out to a new owner. I contacted Sterling who said that they're not making any reservations whatsoever until the new owners do what it is they're going to do. So in light of that I would never ever ever recommend Naan, nor would I recommend the new owners. Never ever ever would I recommend the anniversary house. Worst business people on the planet. Lots of luck trying to figure out reservations now, 3 days out. Thanks alot people. I wish the worst possible outcome for your business venture.

We stayed in the galley room which was loaded with nautical items, art and even a disapproving statue in the bathroom breakfast was buffet style with fruit tea coffee eggs and sausage. There are three levels in the home with LOTS of stairs inside and outside. No elevator and little help with suitcases. Most members of our group are in their 70's with some in their 80's. They chose this location because it is within walking distance to the plays on campus and several restaurants. There is street parking in front and a large parking lot with a garden in the back. Each room has a "theme" that is over decorated. We had to move objects and furniture to have space to move around. We were nervous about breaking things. So dusty!! Many of us got sick. Their breakfast usually included fresh fruit, a cooked egg item (quiche or casserole), sausage or bacon, juices, toast, sweet roll or bread, etc. Inside they have one large, one medium, and one small table. There are several tables outside on the front porch. Our room had garbage baskets emptied and towels replaced almost every day. The owners are around only until 5:00. The basement level has four private bedrooms/bathrooms with a common area (kitchen/table/couches) and easy access to the parking lot. The middle level requires steep stairs to three or four private bedrooms/bathrooms and a galley kitchen. The upstairs level with yet more steep stairs to access has a large suite with two large beds and one single bed in one room. There is a bathroom with a tub/shower then a jetted tub in the middle of the main room! Awkward. I prefer to rent a large home just for our group or to stay in six or more hotel rooms instead of sharing space with ten strangers.

She was so kind on the phone and made booking super quick and easy I really appreciated her hospitality both on the phone and in person so thank you Riley!!! We booked originally for two nights but enjoyed it so much we ended up extending our stay. The hotel is easy to find, although it is currently undergoing exterior remodeling but that doesn't effect anything at all. The room itself was clean and well kept. The tv has live channels available as well as Netflix. the rooms have a microwave a fridge and a coffee maker as well as an iron The list of amenities is pretty awesome a heated pool and spa (8am-11pm) a laundry room (8am-10pm free breakfast (6-10am) free wifi excersise room (6-11pm) we payed a pretty good price for three nights we had two adults and a room with two queen beds and payed around 450 and that includes 30$ deposit that is returned to you after your stay What I also really like about this place is that they don't automatically have a maid come and service your room instead you request it. I personally love this option. Overall I recommend staying here as its also in a good area. 1hr from Zion national park and a quick 10 minutes to the downtown area. Nice staff, Quick service, Clean rooms and Bathrooms, Wonderful area, Good prices! Felt safe here!

The new flooring, walls, furniture, and restroom fixtures. One thing I do recommend is that they add better ventilation fans in the restrooms that suck the air out quicker and more efficiently. The beds were comfortable and offered very nice bedding. Although I did not need the use of the AC, it did work very well. A big plus about staying at this hotel is the breakfast they offer for free throughout your stay during the morning hours. I hit it up every morning, regardless if I was intending to have breakfast later that day. The breakfast includes biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon strips, sausage links, make your own waffle machine, breakfast potatoes, cereals, oatmeal, and much more, not to mention coffee and teas. There's inside and outside seating available. The hotel offers an inside pool, it's a non-smoking facility, offers a laundry facility, and an exercise room. The renovations will include a new lobby and restaurant and bar. I would stay here again, not only because the prices were very fair and it was a good stay.
