You can tell it was designed to be a special place, and on the surface, it truly is adorable. That said, my experience left me feeling uneasy, mostly due to cleanliness and supervision concerns. I witnessed multiple children putting toys in their mouths (which is totally normal for kids), but what was concerning was that those same toys were often placed right back into shared play areas. While I later learned there is a designated bin for toys that have been in kids' mouths, this wasn't communicated upfront, and I didn't see it being consistently used or enforced. There also seemed to be inconsistency when it came to staff involvement. Across my two visits, I did see some staff members actively cleaning up and returning toys to their proper places, which I appreciated. However, I also observed others simply picking up toys and dropping them into corners of the rooms without any real organization or sanitizing. I completely understand that keeping up with kids is a challenge--I'm a parent too--but that's where consistent staff engagement becomes really important. Another issue was the level of parental supervision. Many parents were on their phones while their kids played freely. Again, that's ultimately a parenting responsibility, but in a shared environment like this, it contributes to the overall hygiene and safety concerns. I also want to mention that I found the staff presentation a bit unprofessional, which added to the overall impression that things weren't being closely managed. To be fair, you do sign a waiver regarding illness, and I understand that no play space can be completely germ-free. However, I did end up contracting chickenpox exactly 10 days after visiting, which makes me seriously question the effectiveness of their cleaning and sanitizing practices. Overall, this place is incredibly cute and full of potential. With more consistent staff involvement, clearer communication, better sanitization systems, and encouragement for parents to stay engaged, it could be an amazing environment. Right now, though, it falls short of what it could and should be.

First all of all there is a complete lack of professionalism since the start when we needed to drop of payments we were told a certain time and they would show up 20-30 minutes late sometime in sleeping clothes. The day of the wedding I arrived earlier than everyone (2pm) because we had vendors setting up background and dessert tables. The dessert table was done and I was waiting on the background to be done when I saw an older man taking treats from the table. When I asked the lady we had been dealing with who he was and if they could cover the table be va use it was for our guest, she responded with oh that's my dad and laughed it off. Fast forward to party time the Dj was supposed to have been set up and start playing music by 6 pm he arrived at the reception hall at 6:00 pm started setting up and didn't start playing music by 6:20 pm. When I went to speak the Dj (he was included in the package with the venue) he was rude. He played his music list when my sister and her husband had met with him on December 13th 3 days before wedding date. They provided a list of music they wanted played during dinner time. Again went to speak with DJ to ask why he wasn't playing the music requested he responded he had not been provided with one First my sister texted him and he ignored the message and when bride came and spoke to him he responded that he didn't have internet or wifi for his laptop that is why he couldn't play it. Now moving on to security, he too arrived at 6 pm walking through main door getting dressed in front of guest. He also used up film from the Photo Booth my sister paid for from outside vendor. Something else included in the deal package was unlimited ice but later we were told it was a mistake and we needed to provide our own or pay extra. Moving on with food service and servers. First of all there were two servers who were sick that day. They were coughing and sneezing all over the food. When asked to please not allow them to serve food or wear masks they became rude. But before they even started serving the food to our guest they were all eating from the food we had paid for t her guest. When we brought this to the salon so managers attention they all became rude and hostile. Serving how ever and who ever they wanted. The dish they had picked is traditional barbacoa with beans and pasta salad. When we asked about the salsa because guest were asking they told us it was not included and needed to pay for it if we wanted it. My sister's friend provided pizzas for the guest who wanted and when guest went to ask for plates they were turned away. We had to again speak to the manager but this wasn't corrected there were over 20 boxes of full pizzas. And they did not want to serve it, we were ignored by the reception hall manager and we had to ask the band to announce that who ever wanted more food or pizza could ask for it as we had plenty left. Moving in to the bar tender. She was very nice with the ppl who were consuming alcoholic drinks as they were the ones tipping her. As the salon stated there was a 2 drinks per person limit for broths alcohol and soda. Many of the guest had brought to our attention that when asking for soda or water they were either ignored answered rudely and /or told they could only get one. When we clearly saw that they were providing others with 3-4 beers or mixed alcohol drinks. When the time was up for but the venue( mind you it was immediate family left) we were all rushe to gather our things to leave. Practically thrown out, we were told we needed to hurry or they would lock the doors up. Again this is a few things I know my sister's friend dealt with other issues. We were able to get an up close and personal look at the horses, bulls, and vibes of what buckeye Arizona has to offer here.
