I have called to complain and received nothing but attitude not only from the owner Shannon but the receptionist as well. Let me also say that I had never met her before. I was in town for one day and the stars aligned for us to meet. I needed my hair blown out and she just happened to have an opening when I needed it. When I arrived, Annie was incredibly gracious and friendly and took me back immediately. Even though I arrived 10 minutes early! The treatment itself was heavenly and it was clear that she really knows her stuff. She explained to me in great detail how to treat my type of hair (Wavy 2A) and what products I would benefit the most from using. All in all, I couldn't have been more impressed with my experience at Hairscape. Annie's experience, professionalism, and business skills are far beyond what I was expecting and I can't recommend her enough if you're looking for that person who treats you more than just another client. Sometimes you meet someone that feels so familiar even though you've never met before and this was one of those times for me. I anticipate being back in town fairly regularly and I will always make time to come in for a service. If I could give Annie and her staff more than 5 stars, I would. Even though her staff were busy working with other clients, they all took the time to say hello and one staff member even explained some products to me when I was checking out. I got a great wash and conditioner using my own product = at a great price! I have been back 3 times and need to get there again. Highly recommend their service. The cuts I saw were lovely too.

I have been here before with satisfactory results that's why I returned. maybe she was having a really bad day as she passed me to another hairdresser for blow dry as well which is something she had never done before. I have been going there for over 10 years - Marilyn is my hairdresser and I LOVE her work…read more I "TOTALLY" trust her and can relax and not micromanage what she is doing. Marilyn from beginning to end is professional friendly understanding VERY precise with her cuts. My experience with her is she has washed blow dry my hair, cut, styled, foiled and that is low lights AND high-lights I've gone totally dark hai over the years (much to her grimace) but she's put up with my requests and been very patient and supportive. Coming Attractions is a clean salon with excellent staff and a wonderful owner George, I thoroughly enjoy every appointment.
