This was honestly some of the best service I've ever received. The staff were very attentive, and…read morethe overall customer service was excellent. The massage and pedicure were amazing, and I was very happy with the quality of the work. I chose short, coffin-shaped French tip nails, and I loved how they turned out. Before starting, I was informed that the extra nail on my big toe would be an additional $10, which I understood and agreed to. However, when it came time to pay, my bill was about $50 higher than expected. I was then told there was an extra $10 charge for the coffin shape, even though I had been told beforehand there was no additional charge for that. I was also charged $10 for length, despite my nails being short, and another $10 for the French tip, even though the package I selected already included French tips. When I questioned the charges, it seemed there was some confusion among the staff. Instead of correcting what appeared to be an error, the charges were explained in a way that still didn't fully account for the total. I left feeling unclear about where the additional costs came from. Unfortunately, that experience lost me as a customer. It was disappointing because I had just moved to the area and was hoping this would become my regular nail salon. Paying $120 for basic short French tip nails, with so many unexpected extra charges, did not feel transparent or professional. Out of respect for their business, I didn't make a scene in the store and still left a tip. However, I do hope they improve their pricing transparency so future customers know exactly what to expect.

A 3-star review is generous for this salon. My mom shared their TikTok advertisement with me and I…read morewas beyond excited to try a new upscale nail bar. However, I was very disappointed. The salon was large and beautifully decorated. About half the stations were staffed on a Friday night and there was a minimum 20 minute wait (staff did not inform any waiting clients of this). This is not an exaggeration. I watched a client wait 25 minutes for a manicure while her friend was receiving a pedicure. Additionally, there was not music or TV shows playing (aside from the same boring elevator-type music on repeat). I'm sure some people like this for relaxation, but I found it unenjoyable. I stared at the same photo of a barn was the majority of the appointment. A very unhappy woman brought me back - acting very annoyed. She filled the foot spa with COLD water and left. She didn't turn on the spa bubbles and no one acknowledged me for another 10+ minutes. I didn't get any service until the manager heard me unhappily sighing on a phone call. She then told at some employees to service me and offered me a beverage. She was surprised when I asked for wine - even though their bar was heavily advertised. Said bar was covered in boxes and unmanned. The wine was purely nasty. Once the services started, it was pretty standard, aside from the lukewarm water (after I complained and had hot water added). The pedicurist did apologize several times and stated that the water is hotter in the morning. This definitely needs to be addressed. The manicure was solid. The products used were high quality (Volcano, OPI, etc.). I really enjoyed the massages and hot towels. The pedicurist did ask me multiple times if I was okay, in pain, etc. but my experience was just tainted at that point. Once I checked out, the manager (who was on the phone and conversing with other employees) asked me how everything was only after eyeing my tip amount. This didn't seem genuine. Also, despite heavy advertisement of the 10% off first-time special, this won't be mentioned at your appointment. You have to sign up online beforehand and show a text message to receive the discount. I forgot to show mine but I believe they would honor it. As you can see, my toe polish smudged less than 3 hours after my appointment - despite being very careful. My toenails look great for at least 2-3 weeks when I visit other nail bars. Overall, if you would like a nice massage and a basic manicure, go for it. The CBD, collagen, and hot stone options are great. I haven't seen such a wide array of options in other nail salons in the immediate vicinity. I hope this business continues to grow and improve. However, I personally have no intentions of returning to or recommending this nail bar.

This was after I said something and she took the Polish off to fix it. Very uneven and sloppy. I'm bummed!

En Vogue Nails & Day Spa - North Point Mall, Atlanta…read more En Vogue Nails & Day Spa is the newest addition to Amy's series of successful, well-managed nail salons around the Atlanta area. I had the pleasure of bringing my family here on their grand opening day for pedicure and manicure services -- and they truly impressed us. The space itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. From the bright white interior with marble-style flooring, to the modern chandeliers, recessed lighting, and soft grey walls accented with darker 3D wave panels -- the whole salon feels fresh, modern, and relaxing. The pedicure chairs are top-of-the-line with massage features and all the latest functionality to ensure both comfort and cleanliness, giving it a true spa feel. Service-wise, Amy's years of experience running other locations really shows. Even though this is a new salon, the professionalism, attention to detail, and high standards match the reputation of her sister locations. My family and I were genuinely thrilled with the results and the overall experience. Conveniently located in North Point Mall, with entrances accessible from both inside the mall and the outside parking lot, it's easy to stop in whether you're shopping or just looking for some quality self-care. In conclusion: Congratulations to Amy and her team for another successful expansion. It's exciting to see her continue to bring excellent service and beautiful salons to the Atlanta community. Highly recommended!

I booked the Luxury Manicure with Gel - and I did not expect the INCREDIBLE service I received. I can honestly tell you that this was THE MOST LUXURIOUS AND RELAXING manicure of MY LIFE - and I am now spoiled as no other manicure could compare. Wendy was patient with me while I decided on color, I could see and feel that she truly cared - especially through her unmatched massage skills. The entire staff is so kind and friendly! And I was offered complimentary refreshments several times - to which I graciously accepted! The only other thing I can say is WOW! I can't WAIT to visit again! Also, my nails speak for themselves!
