A 3-star review is generous for this salon. My mom shared their TikTok advertisement with me and I was beyond excited to try a new upscale nail bar. However, I was very disappointed. The salon was large and beautifully decorated. About half the stations were staffed on a Friday night and there was a minimum 20 minute wait (staff did not inform any waiting clients of this). This is not an exaggeration. I watched a client wait 25 minutes for a manicure while her friend was receiving a pedicure. Additionally, there was not music or TV shows playing (aside from the same boring elevator-type music on repeat). I'm sure some people like this for relaxation, but I found it unenjoyable. I stared at the same photo of a barn was the majority of the appointment. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A very unhappy woman brought me back - acting very annoyed. She filled the foot spa with COLD water and left. She didn't turn on the spa bubbles and no one acknowledged me for another 10+ minutes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I didn't get any service until the manager heard me unhappily sighing on a phone call. She then told at some employees to service me and offered me a beverage.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She was surprised when I asked for wine - even though their bar was heavily advertised. Said bar was covered in boxes and unmanned. The wine was purely nasty. Once the services started, it was pretty standard, aside from the lukewarm water (after I complained and had hot water added). The pedicurist did apologize several times and stated that the water is hotter in the morning. This definitely needs to be addressed. The manicure was solid. The products used were high quality (Volcano, OPI, etc.). I really enjoyed the massages and hot towels. The pedicurist did ask me multiple times if I was okay, in pain, etc. but my experience was just tainted at that point. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Once I checked out, the manager (who was on the phone and conversing with other employees) asked me how everything was only after eyeing my tip amount. This didn't seem genuine.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Also, despite heavy advertisement of the 10% off first-time special, this won't be mentioned at your appointment. You have to sign up online beforehand and show a text message to receive the discount. I forgot to show mine but I believe they would honor it. As you can see, my toe polish smudged less than 3 hours after my appointment - despite being very careful. My toenails look great for at least 2-3 weeks when I visit other nail bars. Overall, if you would like a nice massage and a basic manicure, go for it. The CBD, collagen, and hot stone options are great. I haven't seen such a wide array of options in other nail salons in the immediate vicinity. I hope this business continues to grow and improve. However, I personally have no intentions of returning to or recommending this nail bar. read more

The first time I came here it was good but this second time I came with my daughter, not so good. I got sns and to do the design, she used gel on top. The glossy coating on top already peeled off 3 days after the appointment. It hasn't even been a week and that's happening to my nails and the gel used for my daughters nails already peeled off too. I give a few stars because they pedi was impeccable! The foot massage was great and she paid attention to detail when shaping and painting my nails. The mani was great too. This was pretty much like most nail salons these days. It's a very big space with lots of chairs. It's clear and quite not much chatter, no TVs. You can actually relax. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was seated right away.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The person who seated me turned on the water but it wasn't warm. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was offered water, soda.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The pedicurist did add warm water before she started. She did a solid job. My manicure was started right before my polish on my toes. It was a basic manicure. The water was cool. Nothing special just a bowl and since my feet were in the bowl I had to stretch my arms. It was fine. They also didn't show me or set up the massage features. They do two coats which some places cheap out. I have been coming here for a little over a year. I'm always impressed with my nails. The quality and durability has been outstansing and the acrylic with gel always last me at least a month. This past time I decided to get pink and white ombré. Instead of getting a new set the technician said she could do airbrush for the same effect. I got them done on Wednesday and by Sunday they were chipped and one nail broke off. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I came back in to ask them if they would fix it, to my surprise they said they would fix it for free. Not only did they fix it but they redid all my nails![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I'm super grateful and impressed with how understanding they were about it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The price may be expensive but the customer service is top tier and so is the workmanship. Most other salons probably would have double charged but not sugar polish! I recall another time when I got SNS for the first time and the color came out looking uneven so they added chrome for free to fix it. I have been getting pedicures here for over a year and unfortunately, my experience was so bad that I will be switching salons. First off, about 3 times ago, my tech was unavailable and my pedicure was so bad that my big toe cracked repeatedly. Adding SNS on it as they suggested made things worse, and my natural nail continued to break so low that it hurt for about 3 months! However... my experience last night took the cake. My usual tech was 30 minutes late to my scheduled appointment. About halfway in, an employees young child started screaming at the top of his lungs and repeatedly running through the salon with another boy. This happened for close to an hour, ruining my (what was supposed to be relaxing) experience!!! When discussed, I was told "there was no school today". I guess that equals "bring your poorly behaved child to work and ruin the salon experience for others". The response was a sorry and a giggle. Options in this situation: stay home with your young son, get a babysitter, have a relative watch him, enroll him in a camp/day care for the day... so glad I paid full price to sit and have a day care experience. I love this nail salon! It was my second time coming in as a walk-in client on a weekday evening. I got a standard pedicure with gel polish and a standard SNS manicure with gel polish art for a total of $130 before tip. I have nothing but good to say about this salon. It's very tidy and spacious. I started off with having my SNS manicure done by Cam, and the owner, Emma, did the gel art. I showed them a picture for my Bad Bunny inspired nails and they helped me find the colours to match and put a lot of time and effort into making sure I loved it. They pay close attention to detail and put a lot of care into their manicures. I will definitely be back again. read more

I'm new to Roswell and have tried 5 different nail salons. Sugar Polish is now my go to place. I've been here 3 times. Each time I've had SNS put on my nails and gel polish on my toes. I've had 6 different nail technicians between hands and toes and have been very pleased with all my service technicians. There are a lot of nice and high skilled people working here! The work was decent, just beware of "upcharges". My $40 SNS fill-in was $53! They added a $10 manicure ( basically cuticle removal, not asked for nor consented) and the kicker an extra $3 to remove the old color they had put on a few weeks earlier!! When I questioned how they can charge to remove their own work when its the only way to do a fill-in , I was met with "you pay for it at other places , I guess they build it into their price". Ive never paid anywhere close to $53 for a fill-in. read more

I had high hopes but was ultimately disappointed. The lady who did my pedicure was rude and rushed through the process. She wasn't thorough at all. I left there with polish all on my skin that she didn't bother to clean up, and she didn't do enough coats of polish, so you can see through to the whites of my nails (also true for my manicure, which was done by someone else). I paid for the nicer pedicure, but there's still dead skin on my feet because she didn't use the callous remover properly, so it did nothing. She also didn't use the clippers to get the skin and cuticles cleaned up before painting my nails, so I can barely tell I went. I'm just bummed that I wasted my money. Won't be going back. read more

I don't normally assume people are talking about me when I hear another language, however, if I'm at checkout & she is repeating my services, then turns to them & says something in their language & three people look at me & start laughing, it's safe to say something was said about me. Kelly does an amazing job on my sns mani always, but every pedicure I've had at this nail bar has been less than mediocre. I just left with a wet shirt from a "shoulder massage" which consisted of the woman slathering lotion under my shirt and then took my hair out of the clip to scratch my scalp with her lotion covered hands. Just no. This place is just not great. My family & I came in to get four services done. Let's start with the eyebrows. My sister got her eyebrows done & came in hoping to get them shaped. When she came in the esthetician didn't ask her what she wanted done, just started doing them. She left them completely uneven and didn't even remotely resemble what she would've wanted, had she been asked. My mother got her nails done & that was an absolute mess. Let me add a disclaimer here, she is a perfectionist, on another level. She likes what she likes & will pay to get it. She had asked for a very specific design; it wasn't the most ridiculous by any means. As the guy was doing her nails, he had asked her after each nail if she liked it, which she expressed after each nail that she did not. He ignored it almost completely. Just before the clear coat was applied, she became more frustrated realizing this was not at all what's he wanted or asked for. In the end she had asked that the white design be removed, seeing as she didn't like it. He proceeded to tell her no. He argued with her for a solid 10 minutes about the fact he wouldn't do it. He only agreed once the lady from the front desk asked him to do so. Her nails are lumpy & uneven. There is a gap between the artificial tip & her real nail, which is more than problematic seeing as everything will get stuck. At a $55 price point the service should've been much better, and the customer service should've been astronomically better. Overall, we are more than displeased by this service & under no circumstance will we be returning. The customer service was less than ideal and would turn away any potential client. We were quite excited to come here seeing as its very close to home, making this experience all the more disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this salon under any circumstance. read more

A few weekends ago after walking out of another nail bar- due to horrible customer service and subtle racism- my friends and I were desperately trying to find a spot to accommodate us on a Sunday afternoon... as we were trying to celebrate a birthday with some pampering. I called SPNB with a tone of desperation and the man I spoke with told us to come on over. It was close enough to closing time that they could have easily said come back next week but... After 3 pedicures and 3 manicures I think we are hooked for good. The ENTIRE staff was so accommodating, offering us something to drinks and treated us like queens. With so many nail options I will forever choose to spend my money at a place where I am treated with basic kindness but I will forever be grateful to SPNB for helping to turn such a bad day into an amazing day! if i could rate this a 0 i would ... when me and my sister walked in they looked at us weird to begin with but it was whatever we picked out colors and went to sit and then i showed the lady what i wanted , did not get her name , and i wanted a simple french tip with medium ish length and they wanted to charge me $95??? for a french tip is crazy anyway so immediately when she started applying the acrylic it was super sloppy and thick and flat like the back of my nails were flat i had asked for a tapered squared and it didn't even look like a nail so it was super thick and bumpy and the under part of my nail was again literally flat.. anyway i tried trusting the process but it was the worst acrylic i've gotten done and i am never someone to complain, the sides of my nails were like rigid and my nails curved like if my hand was flat the would curve down instead of being straight like a normal nail. i tried moving on but they she cut me like 4 different times with the drill and after that she asked if i liked them i said no and she said that's the best she could do. i was just disappointed and not happy so i asked if she could just cut them off because i'm not paying $95 for that and she looked obv upset and before i could even take a picture of them she grabbed my hand and started cutting them off being kinda aggressive with my hands and she didn't even take them off fully she just cut them and left them like that and all the manager could say was sorry abt that! after i walked out with my fingers cut and burning and acrylic still on my nail beds. terrible experience do not waste your money here TRUST ME. read more

Called about availability and cost for SNS over natural nails manicure. They told me $40. We arrived,, the salon is lovely looking. After we got there, they took my daughter to the desk and were very rough with her nails, then after over an hour they finished. With ten percent off it was $54, not 40. When I asked, they claimed it was extra bc they drew a squiggle on each nail. After tip, $65 out the door for SNS on top of my daughter's natural nails which they also filed down to nearly translucent. Not happy to pay more than 33% more than I was told on the phone, have it take a very long time, and for them to file her nails down so thin. Will not return. read more
