Due to a very busy work schedule, I was only able to attend three classes during that month, so I made the decision to cancel. When I first spoke to staff, instead of simply processing my request, I was met with pushy questioning about what I planned to do for workouts if I cancelled and was told that keeping a membership "once a month is better than nothing," which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I was informed that I needed to cancel prior to February 5, 2026. I called multiple times before that date, left messages requesting assistance with cancellation, and received no return calls. I eventually went in person, completed the cancellation paperwork, and specifically confirmed with staff that both memberships were cancelled and handled. Despite doing everything properly and on time, on February 5, 2026, my account was charged $159 twice -- once for me and once for my daughter -- totaling approximately $320 in unauthorized charges. I again called and left a message requesting a correction, and once again received no return call. This experience has been extremely disappointing. A gym should focus not only on attracting members but also on handling cancellations professionally, respectfully, and accurately. I am still waiting for the charges to be corrected and for confirmation that the accounts are fully cancelled. I hope management addresses these communication and billing issues so other customers do not experience the same situation.

This place has none of the above. They terminated one of their more popular instructors, didn't tell anyone, and ended up cancelling her classes. They continuously change out their instructors without any communication to their customers. They don't resolve equipment and building issues for months at a time. They make changes to pricing and class format without any prior communication: a 55 minute class became a 50 minute class. They conduct poor business practices. There is no way to see an itemized set of passes you purchased and they have the ability to remove passes without you knowing. Avoid at all costs.
