As a non-professional designer ordering business cards for my company, I had a terrible experience…read morewith Digital Lizard. The cards arrived with obvious white borders around every single card, completely ruining the clean, professional look we needed. Their instructions on bleed were vague at best. They told us to "add extra to the height and width" for a standard 3.5" x 2" card -- but gave no clear explanation, no clear specific dimensions. How are non-designers supposed to know what that means? Worse yet, there was no warning during the order process. Any decent printer would at least flag issues like this before running the job. When we reached out for support, they refused to offer a refund or even a reprint -- despite the cards being unusable and the fault lying in their failure to provide clear, accessible guidance. We're now stuck with a full batch of poorly trimmed business cards that reflect badly on our company. I would not recommend Digital Lizard to anyone -- especially not small businesses or individuals without print design experience. They offer no help, no accountability, and no customer service when things go wrong.
