The staff is all friendly and helpful and will be able to direct you where you're going. The layout is a little wonky, I don't know if it's because of the overall size of the store, or just that it's laid out poorly. But once you get your bearings you'll be able to figure it out. The parking lot is also awkward to get in and out of, and also awkwardly located in relation to the main entrance. But any REI is a good REI and I'm glad this place is here.

I don't recommend this platypus closet in the valley. I recommend you go to the one on the North side they have better customer service and actually look through your clothes.
