One person told me I just needed to come in-person to cancel my membership after being on a freeze because the treatments were only flaring up eveything and making life more difficult for me. I spoke with Astrid today who was rude, and was unable to clearly answer any of my questions. She told me I had to pay for another visit for the dr to write a note releasing me. Not sure why that is needed when I willingly came in to try it out not recommended or sent by a doctor. When I asked for documentation that shows the cancellation process she couldn't provide it or advise me where to locate it. My question was how am I suppose to know this is the process if I was told something different and the information was never given to me. Her response was "Because I'm telling you right now". The quality of care from Dr. Cameron was excellent. His staff (Jessica) was very hospitable.

They scheduled me for an appointment, confirming with a text. I left work early to drive through rush hour traffic to get there on time. When I arrived they told me that they were not seeing new patients. Why did they not say that when I scheduled? Why did they not call or text me when they discovered their mistake? When I called the number that I had called earlier to make the appointment it went straight to VM, to a mailbox that was full. First impressions matter... A lot. I will never return. read more

I came in just for a simple crick in my neck , just a simple neck adjustment BUT to almost kill me!! They almost paralyzed me . I was fine walking in and severe pain walking out . Bed ridden for 5 straight day , finally went to the ER and found dried blood spot in my brain . I've been having lower back pain for about two weeks and nothing seemed to help and I believe I tried everything from yoga, morning stretches, essential oils, hot and cold packs... but nothing seemed to work until I came in today! It was so quick and painless! They had me out of the office within 30 mins! Most of the time was me filling out paperwork but when I got into the back he asked a couple of questions and had me adjusted right away! The doctor was funny too! Came here because my husband had a really bad neck pain. We called and even though they closed in 30 minutes the receptionist said we could come by and get adjusted. We filled up the paperwork and they had a special for new patients. We were there for maybe 10-15 min and we were out the door. *UPDATE* While I am still not pleased with the actual care, I have to say that their customer service is off the charts. As soon as she recognized an issue, Amanda reached out to me any way she could to rectify it. She was very genuine in hearing out my complaints and I very much appreciated her time and concern. *ORIGINAL* Disappointed in the less than thorough care I received from the doctor there yesterday (Tuesday). I've been using the Joint, primarily off of Hulen in Fort Worth, for about a year and a half with good success. I'm very familiar with chiropractic and use it on myself and my horses. I understand the Joint is intended to be relatively quick, and I go for the convenience. In the highlands, I was asked maybe 3 questions. There was no physical exam, not even of my hips where I was locked up. The doctor stated "it" let go, when it very clearly did not. And I had to ask to have my neck adjusted, because all he did was hang my knee over the side and (attempt) to crack my lower back. Look. I'm not expecting a full blown exam, rehab work, e-stim, what have you when I go to The Joint. But that was absolutely the most cold, impersonal, half-asseduseless adjustment I've had in many many years. I'll be sticking to Fort Worth. read more

Don't go to this joint me and my wife ended up cancelling our membership because all they do is treat you like a number instead of a patient. They try to see how fast they can get you out. With both of us working in the medical field that kind of MALPRACTICE can get someone very very hurt. In this case that's what happened to me. I walked into the Joint Arlington just fine and walked out with sharp lower back pain. I've now had to go to an actual chiropractic center, to do physical therapy to get my back to fighting shape, and mind you I'm in my mid twenties. Shady Business Practice- I was told that the Wellness Plan only cost $89. Imagine my surprise when I get billed a second time a month later. When I was being told about their "Wellness Program", she made it sound like it was a set program that you only had to do at your schedule. They said nothing about recurring months. So when I called to cancel my "Wellness Program " at first they told me I had to come in and sign the cancel form but then someone sent me an e-mail with the cancel form and told me to e-mail it back. Waited a week and lo and behold I call to make sure they canceled it and they tell me "No, you're still on the wellness program'. I advised I had already sent in the cancel form and they told me they would put it on my file. I still doubt that. I am going to be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on their deceptive practices. When a company wants your dollar this badly then there is no telling how many others have been deceived. read more

I went and saw Dr. Morton on Christmas Eve and it was one of the worst adjustments I've ever had. It was extremely rough and I woke up with a head ache today like I was in a car crash. Chiropractic's is an art, and so many people want to just jerk and force adjustments. It was absolutely horrible. The only thing that was worse that the adjustment was Dr. Morton's attitude. He took forever to come out and see me when there was no one in the clinic. When we did see me, he was very rude and unhelpful. Don't waste your money. There are must better chiropractors in the area. I just wish I would have waited to get an adjustment by one of them. read more

This is exactly what the chiropractic industry needed! All the red tape and hoops a chiropractic office makes a person go thru all to do basic adjustments is just not worth it. I'm very active and do several sports including Jiu-jitsu and Fitness competitions. I've also spent many hours on planes - those seats are capable of putting anyone out of alignment. So I had an aching neck and lower back. The neck pain for years now. It was mild enough to be annoying and I've tried to loosen it with massages. But it wasn't so bad that I wanted to put all the effort into seeing a chiropractor, with the insurance and $$$ I would have to invest in it. So when The Joint opened I thought I would definitely try it out. I went last night and have to say it was all that I expected. The office is clean and I got in to the adjustment room within 5 minutes. The chiropractor, Matt I think his name was, explained what he would do and got to work. He suggested I come in for 5 adjustments then go to a maintenance phase. It's only the morning after and I already feel relief from my neck pain! So we went through the trouble of getting my dad into the car and helped him get into the office just to be turned away bc by law they cant treat patients who need assistance. I was apprehensive of going for an adjustment but my friend told me to go so I did. And boy am I glad I went! The adjustment itself was quick and painless. The doctor and I discussed my problem areas due to a car accident a few years back and then she went to work.
