Honestly better than the office in my area. I came here after waking up with a kink in neck from traveling & sleeping on a very soft pillow. The doctor here seemed like he was actually taking his time with clients. I saw him use a specific tool I've only seen conventional chiropractors use on many clients including myself which we needed. . I honestly haven't felt the need to go back to the chiropractor since then and its nearly 3 weeks coming up this weekend. He was the gentleman with glasses and I don't remember his name. . I felt relief instantly even though my neck was a bit sore, but still better than what it was when I came in. The pain was instantly gone within a 2 days. . I do really love this service, but am currently thinking about just getting the packages instead of the chiro subscription. . I would HIGHLY recommend this location -- The only downside was there was a longer wait than usual when I went. . It was indeed a saturday at about 1pm. read more

I love(d) that this place was convenient with friendly staff who genuinely want(ed) to help. We selected this business model because of our LACK in desire to set appointments or be in a contract. We actually have insurance that would cover chiropractic care. However, seeing as our lives are too unpredictable this seemed like a wonderful answer. However lately all they want to do is find a million ways to lock you into a monthly membership. It's annoying and borderline desperate. Now each time I go I feel like my tension results from knowing I'll have a bit of a forced conversation into saying (yet again) that I don't want a membership. If I wanted a commitment, I'd just go to the chiropractor I'd been seeing all my life by appointment only. I'm considering just going back to that to avoid this conversation every single time. If I want to pay more, just let me do it and leave me be. read more

I was going to use this provider based on reviews and the recommendation of my roommate. I had picked up the new patient packet a few weeks ago, and was going there today (with my fully completed packet in hand) for a first visit. I didn't get off work til 5pm (and they DO NOT publicize their cut off time for accepting new patients for the day). I tried multiple times to call them on my way there from work and all I ever got was an answering machine. When I arrived there, I explained my situation to the girl at the desk - and that I'm in a lot of pain right now. She spoke to the Dr who declined to see me - suggesting that "if it hurts that bad, just go to the emergency room or urgent care." If all I wanted was pain meds that would have been my FIRST stop, rather than driving 45 minutes out of my way to go here. Bottom line "If they had just answered the damn phone, I would have tried to hold off and come in some time tomorrow. As it was, with the attitude and the way I was treated - screw this place. I will find another provider, hopefully one who understands schedules and COMPASSION. read more

I really like the convenience here! It's so nice to be able to just walk in any old time. I've only had to wait once, and I think next time I see that many people in the waiting room I'll just come back another time :) I've been going for a few months now and the only thing that isn't my favorite is that the schedule of what doctor will be there when is a little unpredictable. They do print schedules but I always lose mine! You start to figure out which chiropractor you like best but their schedules change around. I haven't had any bad care but there is one guy that's not my favorite just because he doesn't seem to do as much as the others. Just don't get as good of an adjustment with him. They're great about listening to what you're there for and they also accommodate my request to avoid one certain adjustment (they use alternate techniques) Military pricing is suuuuuuper reasonable Overall, I definitely recommend this place! read more

This place use to be amazing, USE TO! Today their Card reader was down so they were doing free adjustments (didn't know until I came in) Recently on my last deployment I had a fall and they didn't choose to fly me out for xrays, they gave me adjustments and I was better. The military found no reason to give me xrays. Today I went in for an adjustment for my neck and at stupidly I told him about that and he used that as an excuse to turn me away. I've gotten multiple adjustments since my fall and have gotten in better shape every time. This guy was just using any excuse to turn me away so his services weren't given for free. The Joint Chiropractic is fantastic. I am extremely busy , with not a lot of time on my hands for long waits , or to schedule appointments. This place is quick and easy ...you get adjusted , and you get out. There are no "extras , and up sales ". Everything is simple and straight forward , and you are on your way. I find it super affordable , especially for the value of the service. I have never once had an issue freezing or cancelling when I would not be using the membership. I am really confused by the negative reviews , as my husband and I have been members for well over a year with zero complaints. I formerly worked for a Chiropractic office many years ago , and I can tell you that all the Drs here are well skilled and qualified,otherwise my husband and I would not be members. My husband was in an incredible amount of pain before starting Chiropractic treatment , even receiving Epidural injections into his spine. He has not had to visit the Orthopedic Dr once since starting treatments at the Joint. The services keep him maintained and not in pain . Personally I have had moderate scoliosis my entire life which they have helped me manage , plus the excruciating Sciatica pain in pregnancy. I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone wanting to try chiropractic care ,check out the Joint. The service is excellent, affordable , and you get no "extras " that you don't want or need. read more

60$ a month that guarantees you the "chance" to be seen god forbid you have to take time out of your day to go get fixed drive 20 min just to wait for a hour minimum or be turned away. Unfortunately as a military spouse I knew I didn't not want anything permanent as far as contracts or recurring charges go. I made sure to triple ask and check upon signing a trial that this would not be an issue. I paid around $80-90 for the trial and was reassured I would not be in some binding contract. Im not being charged another $70 that they are saying is I refundable and I have to go up and cancel my plan. Apparently the plan signed was a recurring plan and charges. If I wasn't busy I'd probably have gone more to make it worth my money however that's not the case. I also felt that my last visit did nothing for me. I was in and out of the chair within 60 seconds. Im new to chiropractor but I can already tell you, there are better options for licit care in Fayetteville that don't lie about their fees just to get you signed up. Two stars simply because I do like the first female doctor I saw and felt she took her time. read more

In response to the Joint Chiropractic's response: This was NOT explained. I was assured 2 different times that I would NOT be billed. I STILL want my 49 dollars refunded. I have since called the corporate joint and left a voicemail because no one answered my call. I had to cancel my card to prevent the joint from continuing to bill me. I have reported the unauthorized charge to my bank. This is corporate greed. I will NEVER go back to any joint ever again. I hope the 49 dollars was worth it for you. I would also like to add that Amazon, Ipsy and Birchbox are EXCELLENT companies with AMAZING customer service that offer subscriptions unlike the joint. read more

I am amending my review because I did hear from the office and they were kind enough to take care of my issue: I saw Dr. Rubin the first two times, which was wonderful. I was able to get some neck and upper back issues resolved. But the next two times I went, I saw two different Doctors and the last one just wasn't for me because of my chronic pain issue. I chose to cancel my membership, but there was an issue with the 30 day cancellation policy. I would be charged twice, even though I would be no longer visiting the clinic. After I communicated with them a bit, they allowed me to cancel my membership without being charged twice. The girl at the front desk was very kind and understanding.Ultimately, they were flexible and willing to listen and they apologized for the inconvenience. read more

When you go into a facility to be seen as a walk in, who ever walks in first should be the first one to be seen. It does not matter if your exam will take longer. That's how the "walk-in" process works. I walked out of this business before being seen bc of poor patient care. I was waiting over 30 mins and someone after me walked in and waited 2 and they took her first after she was told it would be a 45-1hr wait. I asked the girl about it at the front and she was confused on what to even say to me. Won't ever waste my time or money here. I do not recommend this place. I went to a different business across the same parking lot and was in and out within 30 mins as a new patient with friendly and personable care. read more

Great experience. No frills chiro with minimal wait time. Clean atmosphere and friendly staff. The initial visit may take a bit longer in order to fill out paperwork, but subsequent visits are a quick in and out. I will never ever go here OR refer anyone ever again! If you want to support a company who is in it to just get a quick buck, by all means. But I want to be seen at an establishment wanting to help their patients. We went into your Fayetteville NC location for my father in law to be seen, who is only here on vacation. He sees a chiro on a regular basis in his home town, but slipped and threw his back out and needed a chiro ASAP. We went in last Friday and they stated his "injury" was too acute to be seen and they "just don't see people with injury"... Um, then WHY DO YOU SEE YOUR PATIENTS? Then when we went back today, six days after his "acute injury" they refused to see him again stating, "we don't see anyone with ANY back injuries within the last SIX MONTHS." !!!!! The way I see it, you could care less to HELP people, you just want to see your "fluff and buff" patients and make a quick buck!!!! Get it together! You are surrounded by a community full of "injury" considering this is a community full of AIRBORNE guys/gals. SO disappointed and will NOT refer anyone, EVER! read more
