Dr. Bergstrom got the magic hands. I walked in on Saturday, well.. limped in to be exact.. barely able to stand on my left leg.. and he sat down with me, talked to me and told me he is sorry but he is not comfortable adjusting me.. without seeing an X-ray. While most people would be upset, I thought to myself, wow, he doesn't just want to take my money and potentially make it worse. He recommended an UC nearby for imaging so I limped over, got it done and brought him the photos the same day. Again, he sat down with me and explained everything we could see on the images. I was in even more of a wow. He ended up adjusting me and I instantly felt better.. not all my pain went away but he gave me some relief, which is all I wanted! I want to say he spent about 25-30 minutes with me while others (coming in for a regular adjustment would be in and out in 3-5 minutes) Today is Wednesday, I've been to another session yesterday and I'm going again tomorrow. Dr. Crouch was amazing she made me feel very comfortable and told me exactly what she was doing. I felt so good after things cracked that I had no idea could. The down side was Sandy the receptionist, she was sweet and all but after my adjustment I went to pay. She just made me feel like I was at a car dealership. I would never recommend this facility or any chiropractic service to anyone. I went to this facility with my boyfriend because he has never gotten his spine aligned before and was experiencing back aches so he thought of trying it out. Signed up for the monthly membership due to a good experience with the doctor and did a follow up visit. The next day he was experiencing severe back spasms and was unable to walk or sit comfortably. After visiting his primary physician we found out he has a bruised sciatic nerve and should cease his chiropractic membership. When we called the lady on the phone said that due to the injury they may be able to waive and refund him for the month of service since its 4 visits but he only went to 2. We went in today and the girl at the front desk said that the contract states we will pay for next month and then the service will cancel. All in all we paid for 8 visits and only attended 2. She basically said the woman on the phone yesterday was a liar for offering us a waiver for the membership since his back is now injured. Our experience with The Joint was horrible. Both the employee and chiro itself since it didn't improve the condition of his back but actually worsened it. Will not be returning nor referring anyone to this service. read more

Dr. Crouch is the BEST! My lower back goes out sometimes and she's the only one that gets it back in place. She really takes her time with stretching out the muscles and knows exactly where the problem is. I've had other chiropractors there, but she is by far the best so I go when she's working. Went in today to get an adjustment. This is my third time since signing up with the flex plan. When signing up the dr had gave my wife and I 3 free adjustment cards. So I handed Sandy the front desk lady my card she then proceeded to tell me how I wasn't supposed to have these on the flex plan and needed to upgrade my plan. I felt as if I was a kid in trouble. She then walked in the back to talk to the Dr about this "free card" which was totally embarrassing and uncomfortable. The dr was good but did mention to me how I was "hooked up" after Sandy went back to talk crap to her about these "free card" . The thing both these employees didn't know before giving me shit was a past member over two years ago paid the 69$ a month for over 4 months and never used it once not once! Upon signing up the DR gave thSo I think the 3 cards the first DR gave me we're fare to keep me coming back. Everyone I have met besides this front desk lady has been great but this experience makes me want to stop my membership and just use my health insurance elsewhere. read more

I have to say the staff was very polite. I had signed a $69 plan for 1 month and had used 3 visits. I was told I had 1 free. Well the month went by because we work hard and I had lost my other 2 visits discovering this today going in for an adjustment that was long time needed. I also was charged a second time for $69 because of the 2 month minimum that was stated in the agreement, however I do verbal agreements and apparently was not on the same page with the associate upon the initial agreement. I was also told today that if I didn't show my face (because I died or something...sorry) my card would have continued to be charged every month. Because I did not get a courtesy email, text, or call reminding me that I would lose my visits due to the calendar month basis they use, and also the failure of communication regarding a reoccurring credit card charge, I chose to skip the adjustment today as much as it was needed and filled out a cancellation form. I worked in sales for many years and understand ebitda (profit). And this for me was a prime example of how lack of communication from a business to a consumer can lead to profit.
