I was shocked at how I was treated after being a returning patient and seeing them for nearly a year and also being disabled with Medicaid. If you have Medicaid, trust me when I tell you to steer clear of LifeForce Chiropractic. They would not return my calls when I left voice messages or reply to my emails. When I did finally speak to Sonya in the billing department, she was rude to me and lied to me when all I wanted was help and had questions. Without getting into everything, I'll just say that American Specialty Health (ASH) and their Group Appeals and Grievances Department is now investigating LifeForce because what they were doing to me (and likely others with Medicaid) was/is illegal. ASH has been unable to speak to the provider and their staff because they knew what they were doing was wrong and they were caught. (My health insurances words, not mine.) Long story short, LifeForce reimbursed me for what they should not have been charging me. And, yes, they're being investigated because of it and because they're not doing what ASH is requesting of them and because I never signed anything for Lifeforce to charge me. LifeForce is creating Member Billing Acknowledgement Forms now, though, so whatever you do, do not sign them because it protects LifeForce, not you. If you end up paying when you shouldn't have been and you signed those MBAFs, you would not be able to get your money back. I wasn't going to review them because of the nature of what's been going on behind the scenes with my insurance and LifeForce (things I had no idea were happening until now), but I feel that others need to be warned. Trust me when I say to go somewhere else.

Dr. Ville is not your average chiropractor! To make a long story short, I had severe neck pain and…read morea burning/stinging feeling running down my arm. I went to see a regular chiropractor for some relief. The particular chiropractor I had chosen had very good reviews and looked to be a good fit for me. But when I went to see him he ran some tests with one of his machines and told me all about the process of getting all of my spine aligned and working through all of the issues I might have. So he adjusted my lumbar (low back) and my thoracic (ribs) region and when it got to my cervical (neck) region, he said he didn't want to touch it and told me to get x rays. He didn't provide any relief for my pain at all. He set the stage for more visits. Dr Ville on the other hand, sat and talked with me about my history and what might have caused the injury. He then performed physical tests on me for range of motion, strength, pain sensitivity and general function. Following that he told me what the plan was for the day and provided relief through massage, electro stim, stretching and adjustments. The process was simple, yet efficient and productive. The amazing part is, I didn't need any major adjustments, just a simple massage to release the muscles around the neck to allow the neck to be adjusted. But if I did need any serious work, he would have been able to do that and he has a partner to take care of the more advanced medical issues such as cortisone shots and other types of care. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable and put me at ease from the beginning. They listened to my story about the pain and discomfort and worked with me to get an appointment scheduled and get some relief. At no point did they seem anxious or irritated. And they treated everyone in that office the same way, with courtesy and kindness. It is rare to find a staff so in tune with the general mission of the business the way they are. I would highly recommend Dr. Ville to anyone looking for a professional chiropractor. He does it right!

I'm so glad we decided to try Chiro Studio! The staff were very friendly and helpful, Dr Junior took time to listen, and to assess my wife's condition. He then provided a comprehensive and effective treatment, and my wife left feeling much better. She will return tomorrow for a follow-up adjustment before we fly home. I think what impressed us most was that Dr. Junior called my wife the same evening to check on her personally! We visit the area once a year, and Chiro Studio will be our East Coast chiropractor for regular adjustments going forward!

Pressing down on herniated disc -- Dr. Teimouri assured me that I did not have disc problems and then proceeded to press down between my shoulders. An mri later found that I have a herniated disc precisely there. I think the lesson here is to make sure you have an accurate diagnosis with an orthopedic dr before proceeding with chiropractic care. 2. Unprofessional and pushy -- they strongly discouraged me from seeing a physical therapist at all for a few weeks. Thankfully I went to see a physical therapist anyways who accurately predicted that I have a disc issue. When I called suntree chiropractic to let them know that I wanted to discontinue my care until I had an mri, Tricia Gray was very unprofessional and snippy. She didn't even let me talk and just lectured me about how physical therapy was going to make me worse and that other chiropractors would worsen my problem. I was planning to return, but they lost a client because of her behavior. Thankfully she was wrong and physical therapy has eliminated most of my pain and I continue improving. They were also a couple other issues that gave me the impression that they lacked professionalism. Bottom line, I personally did not feel comfortable here. They are flexible with my weird schedule and allow me to be move my appointments around, which I am grateful for. I have come in there with a range of moderate discomfort to just needing a regular adjustment and each time they are able to help relieve the pressure off those areas. They provide electrical stim treatments as well as manual chiropractic adjustment care. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful in my experience and the price is right too. My insurance does not cover chiropractic care so each dollar comes out of my pocket each time. I've been coming here for maintenance here and there for a few years now.

It was decent when I needed something I could call and at least got somebody to call me back, but here are the last couple of months I have actually had to drive to the office to get my questions answered and my prescriptions and here I am again having to do that this month. I've called at least every other day for the last two weeks and I can't get over there because of work so I've just been trying to call and leave a message after message. Sometimes I get a person they don't necessarily speak very good English, which that's sometimes a problem too and sometimes it's an answering machine but still, I have yet to get a call back. I need prior authorization sent to my insurance company and can't get a hold of anybody to do that nor can I get a call back this is not acceptable. A patient should not have to go through this kind of trouble just to get communication with their physician not acceptable whatsoever. You gotta do better Physicians partners. Sidenote I'm only giving it 2 stars because Dr Bloom is great.
