DR JEFFERSON The FACE OF A CROOK! This place is the "MASSAGE ENVY OF CHIROPRACTORS " Non-marketable inexperienced amateurs! You get what you pay for!!! As a world champion professional athlete since 2004 (Stacey stayLo Reile) I've had numerous adjustments all over the world since I've fought in 16 countries . My regular doctor is in south beach miami and since I moved recently I thought I would give "the joint" a shot NOW I SEE WHY THEY CHARGE $29 an adjustment with no extra ya . I went in for an ankle adjustment from a dislocation in May 2019. The female chiropractor could not adjust the ankle and immediately said she would try more pressure next time and tries to immediately sell me a package . She (Raquel) I think her name was did however discover a rib out of place on the right side . As she did the adjustment for my rib I felt a pop on the left and thought it was weird but figured just a referred pain or something 5 days HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO MOVE MY NECK OR LIFT MY LEFT ARM EVER SINCE Agonizing throbbing burning stabbing pain at this point I'm considering a lawsuit I had been corresponding with Dr Jefferson about my dissatisfaction with the ankle not being adjusted and the fact that she couldn't fix the issue and immediately she tried to sell me . Obviously a beginner since all she did was talk and talk . I been in the business for 20 years have worked for numerous chiropractors since I have a massage license and worked with numerous celebrities and too athletes. Since the pain has not gone away for three days I finally decided to call the doctor after speaking with my boyfriend about the fact that I felt the pop on the opposite side and the pain has not been going away he's been rubbing it out for three days and I cannot move my neck so when I called Dr. Jefferson who heads been speaking to about the ankle he tells me to go to the hospital I have a $6500 deductible and that was his solution to the problem was me to go to the hospital and pay out of pocket my deductible and have them fix my neck when I haven't been to the hospital in 20 years as a professional boxer that was his solution solution to me "well I don't know what to tell you you're in that much pain I think you should go" Then that's when I told him that my boyfriend could've adjusted my ankle better than the female chiropractor and that's why they work for $27 an hour I make more money than them. Do not go to this chiropractic facility it's the massage envy of chiropractic facilities they did not do x-rays and I have multiple herniations in my neck you will go in for an ankle adjustment and come out walking with your head sideways for three days and then they'll refer you to the hospital do not go to this chiropractic facility you only have one spine they could mess you up for the rest your life!!!! read more

We live in Homestead 30 miles away and we could not find a chiropractor that was local and open on a Saturday. When you have the need to relieve a sciatic nerve pain that jolts you filled with lightning you can understand that the need to go have an adjustment was essential. We showed up and was welcomed with open arms and within 20 minutes we met Dr Lucas carrying a cane until we left a short time later relieved and carrying no cane. My girlfriend had dislocated her ankle in April and since she's a therapist and professional athlete we've been working on it together to get it almost 100% with a little bit of limited flexibility so we figured let's go get it checked out from a professional instead of paying $150 for just the ankle adjustment we went to the Joint where we only asked for an ankle adjustment not only could she Raquel the little beginner chiropractor obviously because that's why she's working for $27 an hour not only could she not just ankle but went on to adjust my girlfriend's neck and other areas and my girlfriend has herniation so now she's been in pain for 3 days and cannot move her head when we called the doctor to get a resolution maybe electric stimulation or heat and a Readjustment he sends us to emergency when my girlfriend's deductible is $6,500 do not go to this chiropractor they will hurt you they are beginners and that's why they charge $27 an hour read more

I go there twice a week to get an adjustment for back/shoulder pain and doctor jefferson is the best.In my opinion all the doctors there uses state of the art chiropratic maneuvers that relieves your pain from zero to 100%.You can tell when someone has been in their profession for a long time by the quality of care you receive and doctor Jefferson rises up to the challenge.If you have any type of pains and aches I highly recommend this place they will have your body working at optimum level again after a couple of adjustments.With the $69 membership and I can get an adjustment how many times I want for that month and you just walk in no appointment needed.Plus I gave my co-worker 2 free adjustment card for first time clients after their first visit both she & her boyfriend now have memberships.....love love love this place. read more

First, Chantal greeted me at the front desk with so much professionalism and she cordially greeted me and took my information. With COVID-19, I've had to work from home which has been a huge adjustment. My body has taken a toll and I'm an administrator so my wrists, hands and arms have been in pain. Upon arrival, I was met with a lack of courtesy and professionalism. The front desk staff seemed disinterested and disengaged. She did not greet me with a smile or even acknowledge my presence for several minutes, despite there being no other patients at the desk. Moreover my appointment was not handled efficiently. I was left waiting without any explanation or updates. When I asked about the delay, I received a vague response that did not instill confidence. As a patient seeking care, I believe it's essential to have a positive and professional experience from the moment you walk in the door. Extremely great experience with Dr. Yussef Chileuitt! Upon meeting with him as soon as I've arrived, Dr Yussef asked me some preliminary questions regarding my back pain and then began to look for any misalignment throughout my back.
