I had a completely different experience at this location compared to the Menifee office. During my first visit at the Menifee location, the chiropractor actually took the time to listen to me, check my neck and back properly, understand where my pain was coming from, and work on the problem areas. I walked out feeling immediate relief and my back felt noticeably more relaxed. This time at this location was the complete opposite. The doctor barely took any time to evaluate me before immediately starting to crack and pull on my neck and back. It honestly felt rushed, like there was no real intention to understand or help the actual issue I was having. I left feeling no relief at all, and even now I still feel uncomfortable. What really bothers me is that the first visit special for $29 gives you a full experience where they listen to you, explain things, and actually care. But after that, if you don't sign up for their membership, it feels like they just want to rush you in and out as fast as possible. They push a 3-month membership, but why would anyone commit to that if follow-up visits feel rushed and take less than a minute? Maybe this was just my experience at this specific location, but compared to Menifee, the difference in care and attention was night and day. Just be careful before signing up for a membership and make sure the quality of care is actually consistent. read more

As someone who travels all over California for work, I can't say enough how grateful I am that The Joint Chiropractic has so many convenient locations. Being on the road is always a little stressful, especially when I'm away from my home Joint Chiropractic, but I'm consistently and pleasantly surprised by the level of care across the board. Recently, I was in Riverside County and visited The Joint Chiropractic in Moreno Valley. I'm so glad I did! Dr. Randy was incredible--pleasant, knowledgeable, and genuinely resourceful. The doctor on call at the time of my visit acted like she couldn't have cared less about my issue. She was completely removed from listening to me share what my concerns were. I was seen previously by a faculty in Florida where I received such great treatment and concern for my pain. That's the sole reason I joined the Joint Chiropractor program. However I actually live in Moreno Valley. So when I returned from vacation my plan was to continue going to the J.C. but that plan quickly changed after the cold reception and utter lack of concern I received at this location. I called and canceled my membership. Yes, I could have gone to a different location in somewhere in the Inland Empire but I was in a lot of discomfort and just did not feel like running around to different facilities to find a chiropractic that cared enough about my needs to treat me. read more

I love that chiropractic care is more accessible to everyone now. I enjoy that I don't have to make an appointment and it doesn't take long to be seen. Be careful of the lunch closing hours. The doctors here and in Menifee are all wonderful, knowledgeable people. Even the staff at the desks are cool. I throw a pain at them and they ease it away. I have been a client to the joint for 5 years. I first saw Dr Rhoe about that time at a different location. She has been a great help to helping my recovery after a foot injury and daily posture and exercises to help with neck strain. She has been attentive to avoid certain adjustments and help with problem areas. While I travel for work to other states, I can walk into any " the joint" and still be seen for the same low cost with my monthly membership. read more

Horrible experience, waisted my time and money. The Dr did absolutely nothing. Told to me breathe in and out and started pushing down on me before I could breathe out. Was there literally for 5 maybe 7minutes and she did nothing but make some sounds on the table. Ima trucks driver and im drive very long hrs all over the country. Stopped by before work on 5/15 due to a follow up recommended by the Redlands location. I parked my car at 4:48 pm. I entered the location received treatment and was in my car by 4:53 pm. I began feeling a sudden headache, pain in neck was worse than before treatment and when I arrived to my place of work, noticed I was shaking considerably. I was looked over by the site athletic trainers at my place of work and determined my body was in a state of shock. They had me lay down to calm down my nervous system and eyes were fluttering while closed. The headache was getting stronger borderline migraine with aura visions and was sent home for obvious reasons. I have had several chiropractic adjustments in the past, not this location but in Fontana, CA without any issues. This visit has put a sour taste in terms of getting an adjustment any time soon. read more

Went in with a 3 pain, had the fastest (no slow take time for patient) treatment and came out with pain at 15, could barely drive home had to cancel day plans in bed for days. This place is great for people who don't have any issues with pain. The Joint Chiropractic is pretty much a drive through chiropractic office. If you are looking for someone to crack your back and neck and move on, this is the place for you. I always had issues with my neck, back, and hip since i was a little girl and went to many different chiropractors that all consistently treated me with care, patience, and gentleness. As I got older and more independent, finding the funds and time to go to the chiropractor has been difficult. When i found this place i was content with the price and finally found time to come in. The longest part of my visit was filling out the waivers and initial new patient paperwork. The actual adjustment was quick and felt rushed. I spoke with the Doctor (Female) and she asked questions about where my problem areas were and i explained my usual problem areas. Then she went right in with the adjustment that was the basic areas and did not focus on my problem areas at all. She would tell me to breathe in and out but didn't even let me fully breathe out before pushing roughly on my spine. I even asked her how certain adjustments are just releasing gas pockets but my pain areas were not addressed. She told me just to stretch more.. I have never been to a Chiropractor that does not try to help located my pain and adjust my spine to my needs. It all depends on which chiropractor is on duty. I went today 7/17/24 and it was a wasted trip. Being from out of town I don't know each doctor here. I was the only patient and she still only took about 90 seconds for adjustment t and didn't listen to my concerns. This seems like it's going to be a good add for Moreno Valley. I went in this morning and hadn't had an adjustment since before CoVid. The receptionist was professional and knowledgeable. The Doc explained everything she was doing and answered questions in plain English. They don't take insurance, but prices are reasonable. read more
