Emily and Jennifer always ask about my children and always make sure that I'm doing OK. It's like they are besties that I haven't seen in a long time no matter how long it's been since they've seen me. I have observed their interaction with others and it's always polite and respectful. It's rare to see people that enjoy helping people any way possible. Even if that's just asking about their family. The front office is nice and clean. I love that they have products for sale that can help your recovery. I've seen pillows and purchased muscle relaxing cream that has definitely been a lifesaver. I like how clean the restroom is. The soap smells good and there's always air freshener and toilet paper and paper towels. I've never had an issue. I haven't use any of the other services that the chiropractic center offers, but I know that they have a room for physical therapy. There's a tool that Dr. Tony Chu uses and it helps my back every single time. I usually come in when I get a cramp in my neck or when my life has been so stressful. He is very educated in his field and I always have questions. It's nice that they take my insurance and I've never had an issue in that area. I would like to really say thank you to the doctor and the Frontline staff with the professionalism and the intent that they have in caring about me and my family. I've never had an issue with parking or getting in to be seen. I don't know if there are cancellation fees but this is one place you will not regret coming back to.

I walked out feeling immediate relief and my back felt noticeably more relaxed. This time at this location was the complete opposite. The doctor barely took any time to evaluate me before immediately starting to crack and pull on my neck and back. It honestly felt rushed, like there was no real intention to understand or help the actual issue I was having. I left feeling no relief at all, and even now I still feel uncomfortable. What really bothers me is that the first visit special for $29 gives you a full experience where they listen to you, explain things, and actually care. But after that, if you don't sign up for their membership, it feels like they just want to rush you in and out as fast as possible. They push a 3-month membership, but why would anyone commit to that if follow-up visits feel rushed and take less than a minute? Maybe this was just my experience at this specific location, but compared to Menifee, the difference in care and attention was night and day. He NEVER ever tries to sell supplements etc or puts a patient on an endless regimen. If you have an issue, he skillfully gets to the bottom of it & quick. In the past I've had serious issues like dystonia and extremely painful knotted fascia in my hips. Before scraping came along, he did a physical workout himself in order relieve those painful fascia knots I had from being bed-ridden-I'm forever thankful! Now he is great at using scraping to quickly remove old scar tissues on even very old injuries so that normal movement is restored like never before. He's very talented. He's given wonderful advice too about many things medical, but NONE of his advice is ever aimed at money out of my pocket. He is so generous with his time and wisdom. As a person he is very genuine, mild mannered, wise and very patient. I'm sure there's more I could say we love about him that I'm forgetting to mention....he's THAT good & has solved so many issues permanently.
