I've actually been going to the Porter Ranch location for a while now. Only recently went to this location based on the recommendation of a friend at the gym and have to say I really like the doctor here. Dalton is solid. He asks if you are hurting anywhere, takes the time to assess your body before the adjustment and his "cracks" are clean and impactful. I appreciate that he takes the time to move my neck around and mae it relaxed before adjusting to avoid my inevitable pushback that makes it less effective. Updating review- after they reached out on my comment I had to email different parties looking for contact info. Finally got an email for the area manager Brandon, at this point nothing is still resolved, he basically said he didn't know what to do for me. It's been weeks since I've heard back. If there is any resolve here id appreciate a direct line/email to someone who is actually interested in resolving any issues and not making me jump through hoops just to speak to someone. read more

We went to this Kalepp guy twice, and both my wife and I couldn't believe he's actually a chiropractor! What the heck was THAT nonsensical waste of time?? The first time visit he spent a tad more time with us, but the second time the adjustments literally took 30 seconds each for $110, plus the place was empty!! I couldn't remember why I didn't like this location and would drive anywhere else, even Pasadena, to be seen. **ITS THE RECEPTIONIST** Her sour attitude is so poor, instant downer. She made me fill out "paperwork" even though I'd been a client of the franchise for 5 years and used it recently. Are people that terrible to you? How long could your interactions possibly be in a quick service, easy in/out place? I came in with a *migraine*, was polite, scanned my keyfob, had a pre-paid package with visits left. I would give this zero stars if I could. They never answer the phone, always goes to voicemail with nobody returning your calls. I signed up initially for a 6-month plan, receptionist initially told me I would be charged monthly for the first 6 months, plus additional charge per visit, which was fine. This was over 2 years ago, and I have still been charged every single month for more than 2 years straight, with no form of communication or contact. Their website is not helpful, and it's impossible to get through to someone over the phone. Avoid this business at all costs. read more

My fiancée really like her experience this time around at this place. She said the chiropractor that she saw today was someone new and he took his time working on her. He was able to crack her back and also give her tips on how to avoid causing back pains so she was really appreciated of that. When we arrived here, I was able to park in the front since no one was in the place. But then when my fiancée went to work with the chiropractor, 4 people walked in like 20 minutes before closing. Ever since they opened, they've had issues at this location. I'd show up and randomly they'd be closed that day, no note on the door. My favorite chiropractor there Dr. Gil left, and then a couple weeks ago, they posted that they'd be closed Th-Sun, and now I showed up T 10/05 to find they are closed until further notice at this location. 5 stars go to Dr. Sam! He went above and beyond to help my mom with her neck pain that she has been complaining about for weeks now. He takes his time and make sure he does the correct alignment to you. He's very cool and crack some jokes which makes the environment feel relaxed and at ease. I just wish he was there more days! I used to visit the Rinaldi/Tampa location by the newly opened Amazon Fresh. I really enjoyed this location, but it relocated to Porter Ranch Vineyard (Rinaldi/Porter Ranch). I visited this Porter Ranch location for a while. Damn was this one busy! I found Dr. Johnson at this location a bit testy during his long day, staring up at the ceiling and cursing our heavenly father (G*d dammit!) as he heard the door swing open for every visiting patient. This got a bit old and was very uncomfortable. Surprising for someone who drank his healthy spirulina and apple cider vinegar drinks on the regular. Maybe I'm just speculating that ingesting such herbal remedies usually represent individuals promoting peace and happiness. This location (Nordhoff/Corbin) recently opened within the last year near my home. I was pleased to find Dr. Gill had migrated over to this location as she treated me on a few Fridays at the Porter Ranch location and appears to be a permanent fixture here for the time being. It is evident during my sessions with Dr. Gill that her bed side manner is very professional, caring, and takes the time she needs and the time her patients need to address concerns. I feel comfortable with Dr. Gill and I really like that she takes time to examine the occiput area and provided a more fine tuned adjustment given I get headaches if I go too long without this adjustment. Also the standard twist adjustment (when the Dr. kicks your leg down to adjust your lower back) is very deep and really gets the adjustment where I need it. Unfortunately, I do not see these qualities in Dr. Cheung. Not that she is not capable, she just does not appear to display that congenial bed side manner that makes me enjoy visiting The Joint for my regular adjustment. For example, when I walk into the office and Dr. Chenug is sitting by the receptionist, she NEVER says hello, but walks back to her computer behind the wall and only says hello once I walk in towards the adjustment table. A bit odd IMO. I find her adjustments to be very quickly executed, never taking the time to really feel where the skeletal issues/pain resides. I have had several chiros assess me during my visits on a visit by visit basis and I really enjoy that they get down to the source of the problem. For example Dr. Gordon (buff bald guy) at North Hollywood location is awesome and always feels my vertebrate commenting "that's not happy" precisely where I am feeling inflammation. Dr. Gordon's Y-Strap adjustment is utterly AMAZING! l love it! Just a bit far for me, but I have made the drive just for that y-strap! Dr. Reiss in Santa Monica has a Gonstead adjustment (google'd) that generates more movement than I have ever experienced! As in so good makes you want to go to sleep right on the table! Going back to Dr. Cheung, I just don't quite feel the patient care, nor the time, nor concern of any kind. I find her a bit cold, I feel the adjustment rushed, I find that there is movement that was missed in my adjustment, and quite honestly I feel like just a number when treated by her. I'm somewhat sorry to say this, but it has been consistent for several months. Oh btw, Dr. Wolverine or Wolverton/Wolvertin (not sure) at the Porter Ranch location is awesome too! I hurt my back and I was not able to walk very well, on the first adjustment Dr. Jordan was able to fix my posture, and most importantly walk without pain. He is very patient and spends quality time with everyone. Dr. Torres is also amazing!!!! Both of them are fabulous chiropractors. And of course I cannot forget about Kathy, she is always so nice and runs this office in an impeccable manner. read more

They literally have no doctors and they talked me into getting the monthly package of like $80 which I never got to use because there was no doctors available. Also I was charged for that month and they didn't let me cancel my membership unless it was in person not over the phone. Unreal.
