I was suffering with back and spine and muscle tightness and stiffness from work and Dr. Gould was able to open up my spine and hips and get some good release so I have greater flexibility and mobility and no low back pain so walking and jogging are doable pain free for me again. Not to disparage on a five star chiropractor, but back in 2011, I went in on a Groupon and got three adjustments to my back - and those were perfectly fine and great and all. The only thing was around that time I hurt the right side of my foot and experienced nerve pain. I got advice about it being numb from nerve damage and Dr. Gould told me don't worry about going to a podiatrist and to come back in three months, and if it still hurting he'd adjust it and work on it for me. After three months, I returned and his words were, "Huh, I guess it's like that forever now." Long story short, the right side of my foot IS like that forever now. I wish I didn't listen and would've gotten a second opinion from a podiatrist. I also wish I hadn't waited three months like he told me. read more
