So I was in a car accident when I was 14 that left me with spine damage, I had not been adjusted by a chiropractor for about three years by the time I found the joint. I've got sciatica in my right leg and really wanted to try something other than the usual painkillers to help alleviate the pain. I've heard a lot of great things about The Joint, so I decided to check them out. This place is dope! They don't take appointments and they don't take insurance. This allows them to keep costs down (29$ for your first visit, 39$ for future visits). They also have a membership plan which allows you 4 visits per month. Anything after 4 will be just $10. This membership plan is month to month so you can cancel anytime and it prices at $69/month. When you walk in you simply scan your Joint card which is given to you on your first visit. Within minutes you are called back by one of the chiropractors to a larger room with benches where they do the adjustments. There are other patients in this area also getting adjusted so you are not alone. If you want your privacy, you might want to find another clinic. But if you need to come in for quick adjustments, this place is PERFECT. They are so efficient, but they welcome questions and take the time to answer all of your concerns. I'll definitely be making these visits a regular part of my healthcare routine. read more

I wish there was a 0 star option. I didn't visit the clinic for 5 months and realized that I was still being charged even though I wasn't using any of their services. I made a call to discuss my options and they told me there was nothing that they could do for me at all. I went through my bank to try and get some of the money back since again I was paying for a service that they weren't providing. The bank wasn't able to get my money back either so now I am out $345 that they never did anything for. I would never recommend this company to anyone just based off of the customer service experience I received. I have always loved this location especially because of Manny at the front, Dr Gibson is fantastic and so is DR. Mo. I just called in now since I typically try to get an adjustment on lunch break and a lady answered the phone and was so rude. They usually accommodate me since I have a 1 hour lunch break. I call when I leave and they are able to put me in so that I'm adjusted. My schedule is really hectic since my significant other has to work 48 hours at a time and I have to be home after work to take care of my dog and sometimes my neighbors kids. I'm sorry but being rude on the phone doesn't get you anywhere. I'm contemplating whether I should be funding this kind of customer service. Yes I know your lobby is full of people but I'm sorry I cant sit around and wait an hour to be seen. And if you are the owner that answered then shame on you. Visiting out of town and became almost immobile with back pain. Dr. Phillips was able to see me. He was very patient, listened to my concerns and treated me accordingly. My husband and I went into The Joint Chiropractic office today with severe neck and upper back pain. Dr. Kris was nothing short of amazing. We were greeted by Emmanuel who explained how The Joint operates and what all is needed for this first visit. The office is very clean and professional. We were greeted by Dr. Kris moments later and he gave us the run down of how the visit is going to go. He was detailed in his questions to both my husband and I trying to find all areas of our bodies that were in pain. He spent a great deal of time on my husband due to his back, gluts, and neck being locked up for days. Dr. Kris worked on him in such great detail that the pain level went from an 8 to a 5 in one session. Dr. Kris is so friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home. When it was my turn, I was an easier fix then my husband. He pinpointed my neck problem in no time and helped to take the pain away. He recommended many stretches and different ways to sleep to help our bodies work out the kinks for the next few days. Now if you are looking for a basic chiropractor that aligns you, hooks you up to a machine and then ignores you and take your money, this place is not for you. This is a real chiropractor that focus' on the real issues of the client and trigger points of the muscles. They spend time with you and are hands on until they feel that you are ok to go home after the first visit.
