I have been going to this location for almost 3 years. I'm pretty sure I have been treated by every person who has ever worked there during that time, lol. They're all pretty spectacular. I've never been to another Joint, but I've been to other chiropractors and no where else do I get the tailored treatment, respect, kindness, and professional support and adjustment, provided by this location. The cost is so stupidly reasonable - I have the membership where I go 4 times a month, and to be able to walk in and walk out (feeling better!) in less than 15-20 minutes? No appointment needed. Priceless. I have Lupus, fibromyalgia, I have a history of physical injuries including slip and falls and motor vehicle accidents (when you're one of those people, you understand what I mean - trouble finds you) and all of that related chronic pain is managed nicely through routine chiropractic treatment. When I need extra visits? $10 a pop. Seriously. As someone who used to believe chiropractors were quacks (no offense) I have seen the light. I had an entire high risk pregnancy** and was able to maintain mobility and get great relief through continued chiropractic treatment. They had all the specialty pillows and tools to carefully care for me, while I cared for my growing baby. I was able to conveniently pause my membership when I had the baby and knew I would be post surgical for a few months and unable to be treated. And when I was cleared to resume chiropractic treatment, I easily went in and restarted my membership, no headache, no fuss. No accidental charges during times when there should not have been. If I could give a ten 0's I would. I walked in and walked out within 1 minute due to the horrible unprofessional dr Stanley and dr Johnson's lack of courtesy. So neither of you greet nor acknowledge me when I walk back when you see me, when I'm used to someone always saying we'll be right with you but that's ok I can say hello first this time. So hi there guys. Ok wait maybe they didn't hear me. Say it louder. Hello there guys. The Hispanic one with beard at the computer completely ignores me, doesn't even look back as if I didn't exist. The other guy changing the trash bag barely lifts up his head with a no eye contact to barely say half a hi. So I say "just trying to get a hello back" since you about touch me. As neither of them still look my way until I pick up my purse and walk out for THE one changing trash says I'm ready now. I said no I'm good. So Y'all WERE too good to speak back to a customer or make them feel welcome at a time of need. This is experience shows how they treat the job, the owners and customers like Trash which is what happened here. Now it was bc I'm a black woman which I feel or that it's the end of day that y'all too good to speak The last customer of the day making me feel feel undervalued as A CUSTOMER. The LAST CUSTOMER should get the same treatment that the first customer received that morning. I wouldn't dare let people who treat customers like this touch any part of me which I why I walked out as fast as I could still with the migraine I came to get treated for. I have been meaning to review this location for a while. I've been coming to The Joint since 2015. Due to sleeping on a mattress that was too soft for me, I was in so much lower back and sciatica pain that I couldn't put my shoes on and every step hurt. My doctor had me on painkillers looking into surgery. It was bad. In my experience, i went to the joint and within a few visits my problem was resolved. and now that I know what I am feeling and why I'm feeling it, I can recognize a problem/pain and knowing that, with Regular maintenance I feel great and am pain free. If I have a neck or back or hip issue, I never panic anymore because I know exactly what to do, which is go to the joint. I've been to over a dozen locations but this is the best location by far, for 2 reasons 1. They have the best receptionist in Autyana. She is an awesome person and she is a bright ray of sunshine and I am always happy to walk in and see her :) I might try to steal her and bring her to my company... 2. I've been to a lot of chiropractors and the best I've ever dealt with is DR. Mike Johnsey. Any chiropractor will normally do but in my experience, Dr. Johnsey is by far the most effective at what he does and hes gotten me feeling pain free every time I've seen him. Hes the best and I'll wait until hes there to go because hes 100% as far as my experience goes. I would absolutely recommend the joint and specifically this location. :) read more

Walk-ins welcome and don't worry because you'll be seen before people who actually made appointments! I made an appointment several days before and after an hour of waiting I noticed that the walk-ins who came after me were being seen before me. Even the walk in who arrived at the same time but walked in first was seen before me with my appointment--even though I showed up with my paperwork already completed and should have gone before her; they waited for her to complete her paperwork and then called her back. I got up to ask the receptionist why everyone else was being seen before me and was told that because they were short staffed (only 1 doctor on duty instead of 2) that the doctor was seeing the established patients first since their appointments would be shorter than mine as a new patient. What??? Clearly they don't understand the point of appointment scheduling. I asked when I could expect to be seen and she said she really didn't know because the doctor will probably see another set of people who were waiting first (who also arrived after me). I asked for the paperwork back that I filled out since it had my personal information on it. She gave it to me and I asked for the copy of my DL that she made. She said okay and started shuffling papers around to look for it only to say that they don't actually make a physical copy of your ID; they just scan it into the computer. Hmm, what was she looking for then? Did she not know that SHE didn't print a copy of my ID when she checked me in? I would hope that all locations don't operate this way but I'm afraid it's too late for me to give them another chance after such a terrible first experience. read more

Terrible. I called them In the morning to make an appt ASAP. Was told they took New Patient walk-ins at 6 and that they closed at 7, I arrived at 6:10. The Girl said,"let me See If we Can squeeze you in." She left, came back and asked if I Could come In the morning. (I am visibly In a Lot of pain.). When I told Her what I had been told Over The phone, she argued with me. I could Have come anytime that day, but Waited until 6, Only to be turned away by a Girl with pompous attitude. Drs Taylor and Flores Are the two chiros there. They have slightly diff styles but both are good at what they do. I was adjusted by dr Flores tOday and I have been to a lot of chiros, and he has a really nice fluid speedy style of adjusting. This particular style works better for me personally. He actually got my left SI joint to move, which has been very difficult to do. Would definitely recommend you try both of them as they work diff days. Two thumbs up! read more

I cannot remember his name but the small Asian chiropractor adjusted my spine. He is great. The chairs are comfortable while you wait. The inside is clean. Front desk is kind. The only thing that saved this place from a one star review is the receptionist. Very attractive and polite, and good service. The doctor however was a glorified salesman. Did nothing but tell me about how I needed to "meet him halfway" and "not tie my hands behind my back" when it came to my adjustment. Look, some people are fine with coming in for an adjustment once every six months. But all we're paying for is someone to professionally "pop" our joints to relieve tension. We don't need a huge sales pitch about how we "absolutely have" to purchase three sessions a week for the next two months, because we have "the best & most up and coming chiropractor in sports medicine" working on us. My joints were just fine for over a year before I decided to pay you a visit. If it was medically necessary to see chiropractors, they'd be covered by medical insurance companies. That simple. I went in because I had a muscle spasm and wanted to get it to settle down. I was disappointed that 2/3 of my appointment consisted of their sales pitch. They gave me generic treatment and ignored the area that was tight and hurting. The $29 fee is cheep enough but I would have gotten more relief from the massage chair at a nail salon... and my feet would look nice too. read more

Fast Food Chiropractic For healthy folks who desire routine adjustments and have no active injuries I'm sure this is a fine place. People are friendly, the experience is quick, you're in, you're out, you go on with your day feeling better. If you were like me and had an acute injury and went in seeking assistance, STAY AWAY!! I had to listen to an infomercial about the benefits of a chiropractic before I could receive treatment, the practitioner spent MAYBE 5 seconds total on his 'assessment' and proceeded to do a full body adjustment. Looking back I should have stopped him there and left, but I was in a great deal of pain and not thinking straight. I was having active lower back spasms and having difficulty moving. I told him as much and expected some kind of preparatory treatment to help the torn and injured musculature to facilitate any kind of movement. After he said how he had a background in sports medicine I figured he would do some kind of musculature prep work. NOPE. Full body adjustment. To his credit I had a great adjustment in my cervical and thoracic regions. When he reached my lumbar area, he attempted an extremely forceful adjustment which I believe further injured already injured lower back. They may tell you otherwise, but an adjustment will NOT magically cure torn muscle tissue, and without proper prep of the musculature SURROUNDING the spine, any adjustment that is achieved will be pulled back into misalignment in short order. This is one of the reasons so many return visits are necessary. Afterwards they push you to sign up for one of their packages which bundle in several visits for one price. As I said, fast food chiropractic. Minimal true assessment, routine adjustments, get up, get out. Fine for maintenance or those with no active issues, but NOT for those with acute injuries seeking help. Maybe other chiropractors at that facility practice differently, but I encourage others who are going there for the first time to ask exactly HOW they plan to treat you for the first time BEFORE allowing them to adjust you if you are having acute injury symptoms. read more

He's very thorough, and took the time to stretch out the muscles in my back and neck before adjusting me. I don't even know where to start. There is only ONE chiropractor in their entire staff that I will see and that is Dr Robinson. Dr Flores is entirely too rough with his patients and this doesn't come just from me, but my mother as well. My mother was in bed for 2 days after her adjustment nursing her stiff muscles. As for me, whenever Dr Flores does my adjustment, I always leave feeling worse than when I went in. The last time I went in right before work- NOPE! I had to leave early because my headache was crippling. Dr Robinson is amazing though. My headaches are gone and she actually spends time giving me the adjustment that I need instead of just a generic adjustment. The prices are fair and yes, your first time you do have to listen to a sales pitch, but assuming you are going to the right chiropractor, it is worth it. My advice- DO NOT LET DR FLORES DO YOUR ADJUSTMENT! If you are sensitive to pain at all, you will be deeply regretting it. read more

I went here because my normal Chiropractor was out of town. First of all, this place feels like an assembly line. They make you fill out all of their 20 minutes of paperwork and then you have to watch a video on their tablet. After an hour wait, I was finally able to see the Chiropractor. Well he never asked me what was wrong, where the pain was or anything. He just asked me to lie down and then gave me the basic re-alignment. He then told me that I had all these problems and I needed to come back 3 times a week for 6 months. What a joke! When I tried to ask him for more detail about his analysis, he got very defensive and shooed me to the front so that he could help the next person on the assembly line. This place in a joke. There is a reason that it only costs $19. It's crap. The old saying that you get what you pay for is soooo true in this case. read more

I had a great experience for my first time at this location. My friend who is a chiropractor recommended the franchise for maintenance of chronic shoulder pain. People are exaggerating about this 6 MINUTE sales pitch, but it wasn't too bad and--if we are being honest--a lot of people don't know anything about their bodies or backs! I have had a lot of different chiropractors and feel that this facility and Dr. Flores delivered exactly what they said they were going to when I walked in the door. The receptionist was extremely accommodating and kind, walking me through the membership rules and giving me copies of everything I signed (no hidden gimmicks). Dr. Flores got a lot of movement from my back today, which was exactly what I needed for my ribs that were just feeling stuck. I was skeptical for a long time about The Joint's policy of no muscle work, but Dr. Flores gave me relief today and I can go to a masseuse if I need muscle work. I went to The Joint before heading out of town as a last ditch effort to gain relief before getting on a 14 hour flight to Japan. I had never been to a chirpractor and was skeptical of whether or not it would help. But I had to do something, I had been suffering with neck pain that was getting progressively worse and turning into numbness and tingling in both arms. My nights for the last 6 months had been spent tossing and turning, trying to find a comfortable position. After one adjustment by Dr. Flores I received immediate relief. I now have no neck pain and was able to get comfortable nights sleep during my trip. While I'm not yet 100% I am well on the way to feeling like my old self again. I am a believer that correct alignment of the neck and spine is the key to overall health. I got back in town yesterday and headed straight to The Joint today for my second alignment.
