We consider him and his lovely team ( Ms. Rory, Ms. Jessica, Nathan ) all part of our extended family. They truly care about us and are always so accommodating. We first came to him because my 8 month old at the time had chronic constipation- almost immediately he relieved her suffering and with weekly care her issues have resolved. He helps to keep all 3 of my children healthy, pain free, and AWESOME! My kids, husband and I see him weekly and the kids love getting adjusted and playing in the office (and of course playing and laughing with Ms. Rory). He has helped them tremendously-- Every time someone has an earache, congestion, or had an extra hard fall, he's there to relieve their pain. He has been a life saver for me as well, constantly keeping my chronic back and shoulder pain at bay. He also helped to relieve discomfort with my last pregnancy. On my second visit a week later I asked why this was the case and the answer was "I don't know". The arrogant and bothered attitude was extremely off putting. When I asked if I should get another adjustment the answer, again, was "Well, I don't know". I would highly recommend finding another Chiropractor if you are a first timer. Called around & no one could see for over a week away. Luckly, Dr Mason had a cancellation & he could see me right away. I explained the pain source & he verified that my hip was locked up. He proceeded with an adjustment & some physical stretches. Over the next few visits, Dr Mason was able to slowly reduce the pain. Turns out it was quite a stubborn pinch. He was able to get some relief right away then getting back too 100% came in stages, a few adjustment visits then a big step forward & repeated the process until it was fully resolved. Dr Mason was thorough in his explanations, more than willing to answer questions & show me stretches to do at home. He was quite booked up one day but took me during his lunch to be able to get me in. He's really a nice & friendly person and concerned about his patients. The office is nice, quiet & check-in is automated. I was always seen on time. Liz, the receptionist/scheduler/insurance handler, is friendly & professional. She worked with me & my insurance to make sure things were properly billed. I recommend the office & Dr Mason should you need Chiropractic services.

I texted back and confirmed within a minute of receiving that text. On the day of my appointment, we arrive 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time to find out that the front desk accidentally canceled my appointment and gave it to someone else (even though they had received my confirmation). They apologized and tried to "squeeze me in" but my kids and I were already waiting 30 minutes past our original appointment time and we still weren't seen yet. With no end in sight and no time frame as to when we would be seen, we left. The front desk seemed remorseful but as a new patient that had to change my schedule with two kids in tow, first impressions are everything. I am giving a few stars for a clean waiting room and plenty of parking.

There was no warm welcome or sense of customer care. First, the chiropractor arrived late, not respecting the schedule. My husband did not feel that his process was handled professionally or thoroughly; the chiropractor gave little explanation of his condition. When he asked the receptionist about the next appointment, she just said," It's up to you," instead of offering professional guidance. His previous chiropractor ( who moved far away) always explained his progress and recommended whether more sessions were needed. The difference in professionalism and quality here was clear. He left feeling dissatisfied and would not return.
