I've had a great experience with Dr. C. He is attentive, thorough, patient, and truly excellent at what he does. Came in with a herniated disc and Dr Cayabyab helped me get better in probably 6/7 weeks. I went consistently and healed it was really bad when I came in and now I'm better so I appreciate that. He was very professional but I do wish I got a little more out of our visits at times, we would only do a few alignments and my girlfriend who goes to another location says her Chiro cracks everything, her entire body. When I go it was just the basics. The front desk woman is not very helpful and she's rude. She seemed like she didn't want to be there. I came in the other day after enrolling for the first time and my sister was mostly speaking because she's been there before. We were told they were closing for lunch which is fine I totally get it. Being a competitive Powerlifter alot of stress is put on the body, and sometimes injuries happen. I injured my low back during meet prep a few months ago which hindered me from training. Today I tried to get my boyfriend seen at this office. Prior to coming in I looked online and knew the hours which clearly states they close at 5pm. We walked in at 3pm and the girl at the front office said they were no longer taking new patients? So strange because I am a frequent patient at another location. Only went here because my boyfriend was in pain and needed to be seen. When I questioned why she was rude and said sorry but we're just not? Didn't know a big chain such as THE JOINT would turn away new business plus a potential new member. Would never go to this location again. Dr.Gee is amazing! After one adjustment with him, I notice a huge difference. I've been to several chiropractors before him and they can't do what he does. He gave me what I needed without all the stuff you see at most chiropractor's offices, in a short amount of time and at a good price. He also knows what he is doing and is super friendly. I was in a car accident a few years back. We all know your body isn't the same after that. I have to to get adjusted a lot. Be carful. They draw you in with the $29 session then they "recommend" you come back for more sessions. By then you will have signed a contract for 2 months and have to go once a week or you lose out. The session is just 5 minutes so do the math so you know what you are actually paying for in 5 minutes. If you cancel early you MUST sign a cancellation for too. None of this was explained to me. OMG... This place is AWESOME. I have had bad back problems for the last 15 yrs. This year I have been in constant pain. Dr. Gee has helped me to feel relief within the first month visits. Bree is such an amazing person--friendly attitude, and always so helpful. I had COVID back-to-back, and it took me around two months to recover from it. I had been extremely stressed out as I have a membership ($89/mo. for 4 visits) with them, but Bree was so kind to give me more time to use the visits. Went last week to receive my weekly adjustment and I guess the front desk lady with black hair misplaced my forms or papers and told me I had to fill them out again! She kept telling me I had not done them when I kept letting her know I actually had.I also remember her being the one that had given me the forms the day of my first visit which pissed me off even more. Thankfully the other front desk lady with brown hair was able to help me be seen that day since I was in a hurry. I don't know the other lady's name but she was very helpful and understanding. Other than the bad experience with front desk, the hispanic doctor gave me a great adjustment and definitely helped me with my reoccurring back pain which I've been dealing with for years! Honestly I feel bad leaving this review because the Chiropractors who helped me where actually very kind. This review is NOT towards them, this review is towards the staff . I already felt like I was just "another sale" to meet a monthly goal when i was talked into joining the membership. The girl told me their system had randomly shut down and this would be a good time to sign up because since the system was down she would be able to drop the membership sign up to $20. I figured ehh why not if i knew i would need a few more sessions . I asked her how easy it would be to cancel and she assured me it would be as easy as a phone call. Fast forward a few months. My back pain as gotten worse and i was advised by my physician to stop any outside work from my PT and to avoid any work from chiropractor because it can make my nerve damage worse. I was out for a month or so, and by our I mean I could hardly walk and was in tons of pain . i called to cancel my membership and person says i have to go in and sign (hmm not so easy after all). clearly i can not physically go in, i ask ok well will i get a refund or pro rated refund when i cancel? person says yes depending on the date. 2 months later after phone call i'm able to make my way into the clinic. here goes the reason for this review. I'm "helped" by sarcastic/ condescending/ rude MARK. i sign the cancellation and i ask him if iv been charged again , he says yes, i ask about the refund or pro rated refund he tells me no and i explain how a rep told me other wise and how it was difficult for me to come in to sign and he tells me "well it wasn't that hard if u came in today " and i was in shock with that response bc actually mark it was THAT difficult for me to come in. Not only was that comment rude and unnecessary but it was invasive and very much inconsiderate of what I have been going through with my medical issues . At this point i'm not even upset about any refund , at this point i'm upset at how i was made to feel by this staff member. First time Walk-in at around 10:15am. Receptionist was nice enough. Paperwork went quickly. Finally get infront of the Dr. Talks to me about Workers Comp most of the time. Tell him all my joints that hurt. Like my arm and my ankles. Says he only adjusts Spine and Neck (those are the same thing) and that he doesn't work on anything else. Finally starts to adjust me. Cracks my back. Thats it. Has me stand up. Dr.:"Does that feel better?" Me: "I guess. I mean I still feel pain here (my back) and here (my neck)." Dr.:" But it feels better?" Me: "I guess so..." Dr.: "Great. I'm gonna recommend you come back twice a week for 2 weeks. Then once every couple of weeks after." Ahh. Theres the rub. Perplexed that its over so quickly for basically not getting adjusted I grab my things and begin to leave. Receptionist then goes into package spiel that I now have no interest in because of such a lack luster first time. Honest waste of my time and money. I would like to add. I have been a Massage Therapist for over 10 years. I have learned some Chiropractics in my training. It's frankly offensive how little I was treated. I feel bad for anyone who is hurting that doesn't know anything about this industry that thinks that that is a worthy first visit. Save your money. Go elsewhere. This is a good place to go for chiropractic. I don't want to say bad reviews but I got one big problem here with them. My wife had to go and treat for her shoulder pain and fixed it within 3 times. Problem is they got tablets to sign instead of papers and no email received. My wife barely speak English. So instead of doing pay per visit and automatically signed up for monthly that's what they said. And one front desk skinny girl said we got no more visit left to come. Then we forget it. Today I checked with my card and they are charging me every month for 11 months without calling or notification. I talked to front desk and just refused to talk and pretended busy. She said they don't do appointments and id have to do paperwork. She said to come before 5 so there's enough time. I said okay cool. So I get off of work early and arrive at around 4:40. I go in and she asks me if I'm new or returning. I said I'm new and proceeds to tell me that they are fully booked so I can't be seen today. Dr Gee is my "G"!!! I just love him. I'm a marathon runner and was having a lot of back issues. My last chiropractic experience was over a decade ago and since my last race in May something just was feeling off. Something joint related. I'm a personal trainer and am very in tune with my body, so when the problem is muscular I know it, but this time it wasn't. Finally, in so much pain I went to The Joint on a Saturday. I was desperate. My first appointment was with the other doctor, the Caucasian one, and he is wonderful too. Both have adjusted me equal number of times, but Dr. Gee's style is to achieve more manipulation - cracking - and I find that satisfying to hear. Makes me feel "more" adjusted, although no style is more right, it's just what training you received. I never wait long at all and both Dr.'s will take their time and chat with you afterward about whatever is going on, whether it's body related or current events. I now do the $69 per month subscription which allows me 1 adjustment a week. Try to find that deal anywhere else, even WITH insurance - you won't! Like a former reviewer said, it is up to you to also strengthen your back muscles with exercise or your adjustments will only get you partial. I do yoga and lower back strengthening every other day. I have to. Like all wellness plans, a multi-prong approach is best. Chiropractors should only be one way you are keeping your body right, along with strengthening, nutrition, yoga, etc. read more

Absolutely pleased with Dr. Thomas and Dr. Gee knowledges. Right choice that I signed up at this location for convenience and therapy place. They walked through with my problem that needs to be treated, and I know already that I will get the right treatment. It was not just the treatment but also detail what my body structure so far before further the adjustments, what needs to be done and how to prevent in the future in detail. I have few issues with lower back, neck, knee and my elbow that slowly are getting better after consistent treatment with joint chiropractic then before. Really wanted to like this place after reading all the 5 star reviews, but my experience was nothing like theirs at all. I'm only giving this place a star because the customer service was very friendly and nice. I also think all these 5 stars are for Dr. Gee apparently, which is not the chiropractor that serviced me. I was a new patient and they had me fill out about 10 pages of pretty thorough paperwork. 2 of the pages specifically asking me about my issues/pain and even a diagram where I had to point out my problem area. It took me about 20 minutes to fill out, but all this paper work might as well have been thrown into the garbage because the chiropractor didn't really even go through the information and pretty much asked me the same questions (but without even caring about the answers). I walked into the back room where the tables were slowly. I told the guy I had just woken up in a lot of pain and it felt like my lower back and hips were completely locked. I told him I suspected I just slept in a bad position because I felt perfectly fine the day before. He had me try to bend over, but I showed him I couldn't. He did some strength tests. He said everything looked okay, and he was going to adjust my back. He literally did 2 "techniques" (I guess 4 total if you count each side), and it took literally less than 1 minute total. First technique was him rolling me on my side and pushing down. Second technique, he had me lay on my back and he twisted my neck. Neither techniques hit my lower back/hip. He told me I was all done. I told him and showed him my pain was still there. It literally felt like he did nothing to solve what I came in for. He assured me it would go away throughout the day, then walked me to the front desk where he told the customer service reps that I needed at least 4 more sessions. They tried to sell me their service package, but it comes with a 2 month commitment. My pain did not only get better throughout the day, it got worse. After 2 more days of the same pain, I went to a different chiropractor just couple miles away from this one. The service was night and day! The new chiropractor used tools to check my spine. He cracked all sorts of areas along my lower back and hips. Used his tools again after each technique to make sure everything was looking good. I immediately felt relief.
