Started using Fratto Hopstock months ago after years of constant lower back pain. It took several visits, but I can honestly say my pain has decreased significantly, I can finally stand for extended periods of time without pain. My husband who has had several back surgeries originally unwavering to even discuss chiro options saw my results and agreed to go. He has been going for a few weeks now and is extremely pleased with the results. His pain management doctors have offered another epidural for his sciatic pain, but through the chiropractic adjustments he feels confident that he can avoid or prolong needing additional epidurals. I came to Fratto and Hopstock 3 years ago after a nasty car accident caused me some pretty intense back pain in any position. A friend local to the area recommended it and then another friend confirmed and encouraged me to go. I had no experience with a chiropractor and had some fear as I am not one to crack my neck or back like some people are able to, and it's always been a little jarring and unnerving. Two private parking lots make zero parking anxiety. Walking in the staff is warm and welcoming, as is the entire office. On my first visit they do a whole consultation and I had X-rays done of my spine and then had my first adjustment. The doctor was patient and explained everything to me as clearly as possible and advised for a treatment plan. I paid out of pocket and I definitely was shocked at how inexpensive it was. I recently went back for a reevaluation and an adjustment for some hip pain. For someone who never really wanted to go to a specialist, I now encourage and suggest friends and coworkers with back issues or pain to go. read more

Avoid this place! I went in with an authorization from the VA. After my initial visit I had told them about a car accident I was in and the chiropractor started talking about going through a lawyer because it was an accident case. She immediately started taking out lawyer business cards. When I told her I wasn't using her lawyers she became upset and defensive. Months later they started charging me for services they didn't do, and now I'm stuck with the bill. Contacting the VA so they can get their Vendor status revoked and the BBB for unlawful Business practices. The doctors are as old as their equipment, definitely a place to avoid. read more

I don't normally take the time to write many yelp reviews but this was the best medical experience I think I've had my entire 20 years of life. The doctor was very gentle and kind and explained all of my issues clearly to me. I've been struggling with my TMJ and finding a place to go to for help and at a reasonable price. This visit was entirely worth it and enjoyable. He was very thorough and took the time to show my X-rays and explain as well! Great place for chiropractor and neck massage! Highly recommend it anyone in pain I have been coming here for 3 yrs

I left this office in tears and in more pain then when I walked in. The worst treatment and bedside manner I have ever received. Aside from the irrelevant and unrelated questions to my pain/reason for my visit Dr. Hopstock asked me, he also refused to fully adjust me because he said I was wimpering. I made it clear that my neck was very sensitive and in a lot of pain however that didn't stop him from moving my neck harshly in every direction quickly with no regard to the pain I was feeling. He didn't seem to have any concern for me as a patient and the pain I was in as he had more questions about why I've seen another chiropractor. I had originally made my appointment with another doctor but the front office made me see Dr. Hopstock. I couldn't get out of there fast enough and have never felt so uncomfortable. read more

Dr. Hopstock is extremely thorough, explains everything clearly before treatment and patiently answers all of my questions. My sciatica is better after one session.
