Fair return rules and there is almost always a sale going on. You can actually return a faulty cart with a receipt and they won't give you any attitude. The selection is great;however, their best products tend to be flower and they have an awesome preroll section. They have a fair amount of edibles and a varied drink selection. Cartridge selection is pretty nice and prices vary, but the most affordable cart is around $18 (Jan 2024 prices). They also give money to a few charities in the area, one being the local food bank, which is always awesome.

Going inside is a bit confusing, it's like a clinic or something which I'm not sure how I feel about, not like any pot shop I've been to even in sketchy areas. The door is locked and there is a glass service window that you slide your ID under for it to be checked. The problem started as there wasn't anyone at the window. Now I'm standing in a waiting room trying the door and after a minute the guy comes to the window checks my ID then buzzes me in. It's not like it was busy and I assume I'm being filmed do they can see me, and there were two staff, what's the hold up? Even leaving it was a bit confusing, you don't go out the door you came in and they didn't say anything. Beyond this, the shop is like the typical pot shop. The staff here were alright, didn't come off as particularly knowledgeable but helpful enough. Picked up a pack of Indica California Raisins. They hit decent but the overall vibe here is bleh, so I'd skip.

Just walk through the door like you're going next door for pho or a gyro. High-visibility real estate is its own layer of security. There are clean glass display cases, some signage, and a few shelves of product. I came in for a high-boost pain-reliever balm called Dragon (black), and they had 3 variants of it available. I was out the door a couple minutes later, after a very friendly, upbeat, helpful conversation. There's an ATM inside since ya can't use credit. They said there's no specific return date as long as I have the original packaging and the receipt. Well two out of the six cartridges I had broken halfway through. These weren't cheap cartridges by the way they were $60 each. So I brought them back with the receipt. At first, they said they can only do one of the cartridges and return them. Then looking at the receipt she said she can't return both of them because it was a few weeks ago that I had got them. I specifically asked the manager what was their return policy and I told her that was told to me and she still said that she couldn't do it and proceeded to gave me some fake speech about how they couldn't do it after a certain period of time. Even though my best friend comes to the same smoke shop and has returned cartridges that more a month or two old and other employees return them. Safe to say I will never shop here again and I will not be recommending this like I used to anymore.
