We tried Dr H at Iron Mountain on a whim and it was a relief to find someone who took time to hear about the problem, asked follow up questions, and explained what he was going to do. He had good recommendations for follow up care. A few weeks later, when I injured my lower back, I went for a visit myself. Dr H was super patient, explained why I was feeling pain where I was and gave me a simple at home treatment plan after an adjustment. He works well with children and adults. The office is clean and functional. I will be going back and recommend him.

Having never been adjusted before, we were both quite nervous but Dr. H walked us through every procedure and made us feel so comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and is happy to explain why something is needed or why he is doing what he does. Afterwards, his staff does stretches or exercises to work on strength and posture correction. Another huge benefit is they are low stress. Many chiropractors I've tried want you in there insane amount, but he gives you a recommended plan then says to come when you want to. I've never had problems scheduling for a time that works for me. I highly recommend coming here!

I felt my review was unbiased and objective. I was only writing a review like a usually do. Dr. Shetlin did not bend over backwards for me. I merely just showed up for my appointment. I also asked questions which I did not know were not allowed and frowned upon. I also didn't know that wanting them to obtain a prior authorization and bill my insurance was "wanting everything for free." If I wanted something for free I would have taken him up on the offer of taking their collagen powder that he requested I take "for free". I also apologize for not jumping into a $9,000 package. I only told my experience and I know for a fact people like going to his office if not they wouldn't be open and they wouldn't leave 5 star reviews. I also apologized for your wife's death and told you I was very sorry for your loss. As you told me that's why the eligibility for my insurance was not checked . I've also had family pass away this year. It's hard and it sucks but life doesn't stop & you know this or you wouldn't be in the office or still have it open.
