Actually being open!! Clinic is supposed to be open seven days a week and it's closed on random days. There's usually a note that says closed Sunday and Monday. Then the next time Tuesday also. Today is a Thursday and it's randomly closed. I feel because they don't have set schedules that they should credit their patrons for their monthly fee. read more

terrible customer service. Was told to leave because the "Dr" was sick. 4 hours before they close. Mind you nobody else was in there and there door was open. So I go back two days later and they make annoyed faces. Customer service was terrible. Before the Chiropractor calls me back, he peeks out to the front desk and tells them "no more after this" while doing the "cutting throat gesture" He doesn't ask any questions. Cracks me. I pay. No thank you, that's it. No have a nice day. I'm standing there looking dumb. I have to ask if they need anything else besides a payment. The whole thing was weird and uncomfortable. I felt unwanted. So, I scheduled an appointment with Dr Andris this morning. Upon arrival I was told he wouldn't be in because of some "injury". No one called us to tell us. To make it worse, the receptionist never said "I'm sorry ". Never asked if I wanted to reschedule. She offered me another chiropractor but I declined. This is an awful company! They are terrible with customer service. They are pretty much in service to rip people off. I've been trying to get out of my contract for the longest time. I only went 2 times to the joint and they are charging me $75 a month because for some odd reason I have to go to my location that I signed up with in order to cancel in person. I have moved away since then and don't have access to go back, but they will not cancel my account over the phone or by letter so I am currently being charged for absolutely nothing. I even asked if I was able to make it down there, Could I get a refund since I haven't been there and they told me absolutely not. Doc Mary is great as well as the front staff. My only complaint was witnessing two adult customers in their 40s behaving like adolescents and displaying inappropriate disgusting and disrespectful behavior by sitting on her partner's lap in the lobby making out with an elderly couple watching. In the treatment area, she went up to her partner blowing in his ear and giving him a raspberry on the side of his face. I expect this from 13 year olds, but not from middle age adults. The company needs to stop this inappropriate behavior. I'm quite sure that woman has psychological issues that need to be treated. Her partner does too because it apparently happens each time they come for adjustments. read more

I signed up a few months ago and I have to say best decision I ever made! They have affordable pricing and if you need extra visits it's more then reasonable priced to add those extra visits to the month. The staff is always so nice when I first started I had no idea how it worked, and over the phone she explained the whole process so easily. They do not have appointments but if you are member it's a pretty quick process. They literally crack your problem area and send you on your way less then 10 min process. I do have to say some doctors are a little more experienced and once you start going you'll realize it too who your favorite is. Other then that it's a very clean and inviting area. Would recommend to anyone having any pain on their body. read more

I have been getting adjustments since September 2022. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are amazing. Particularly Dr. Mike and Dr. Davis, both of whom have many years of chiropractic experience. I have seen a vast improvement in the few short weeks that I've been going. If you buy a wellness package, the cost is $79/mo which includes 4 adjustments. If you need more than that in any given time frame, it only costs $10 per visit. Also, they are open 7 days per week with convenient hours. No appointments are needed, and I rarely have had to wait even 10 minutes to be seen. read more

We drove by this place and say a welcoming sign for new patients. The receptionist was nice and courteous. We filled out the paperwork and were called right in for our consultation. Dr. Sweis was the best. So amazingly kind and sweet. She took her time answering our questions and adjusted us in ways we had not experienced at other chiropractors.I highly recommend this place to everyone. Called 10:45am on Sunday to book an appointment, she told me they don't take appointments just walk ins. She then told me the hours and that they don't take new patients after 4pm, closes at 5pm. I arrived an hour later only to be turned away, reception stating that they couldn't take any new patients today! I told her I just called an hour ago! She said sorry we just had 6 people walk in. They have a great Black Friday deal which starts this week and ends next week where you can lump all your visits pay at once and be good the rest of the year. My experience reflects my visit to the Cortaro location in Marana, AZ. This is a well run business! My only 'complaint' is that they don't accept appointments, so everyone is first come, first served. It's a system, and I'm sure it saves them money and hassle, but I would prefer appointments to being kept waiting. Anyway, I got a call back from the online submission within minutes, front office gal was very nice and friendly and explained everything very well. I got the 'fun sized' chiropractor (Dr. Sweiss), but she was such a doll. She clearly cared about me and wanted to make me feel better! This place is kid of a 'fast-food' style chiropractic office, a mill, if you will, but the people are REALLY nice and the prices, even without any discounts are QUITE good! Roughly $25-$45 per visit (as of 4/11/2023). And they have plenty of discounts and packages to choose from. This was a very pleasant experience and I am glad to be a new client! Looking forward to getting all the benefits of chiropractic care over the next few months prior to my trip to Europe! read more
