The staff member was extremely patient and full of knowledge when it came to educating and instructing my friend on how to use her newly purchased vape. Vape Daze had many of the same basic things that you would find at the other countless shops. I did appreciate that I was able to view a variety of the cigars and hookah pipes as a potential present for someone. The staff member even offered to check out my boyfriends leaky pipe that he purchased from another store to determine why it was leaking. The shop was very spacious so you won't find yourself feeling like you're on-top of each other when the shop gets busy. There was roughly 8 to 10 people in the shop and because of the total size of the shop I completely forgot there was another group in the shop with us. I could see from the shop name that they carried hookah supplies, but Thought, what the heck, I'd check them out. I saw one case was filled with water pipes, and I asked the shopkeeper if they sold replacement parts for this item. Without looking, he responded, "No. It's sold as is." Although his response and demeanor were off-putting and unwelcoming, I continued to browse for the other items I needed. Ok, I was struggling on whether to give this place 2 or 3 stars. They definitely deserve a good…read morescore for selection hands down, they have everything you could imagine. Their prices are fairly good, but you know you can always find certain things cheaper online of course. The displays where on par with a local kind of business such as this and prices were clearly displayed. Long story short I felt rushed and unwanted and didn't get to see exactly what they offered. Long version: But getting down to the nitty gritty, I had a horrible customer service experiance here. The guy that was attending was a balding guy with a bill cosby-like sweater. When I walked in, he was helping out these two young girls who were just goggling some cheaper pipes, they eventually left and it was just me and him in the shop. He said hello to me ofcourse and asked what I was looking for, I responded that I wanted to browse a little first.(I came in for specifically a grinder and a one hitter but I wanted to check out the store because everything was so pretty). So anyways I'm looking at the stuff in the case and I could just feel his eyes burning a hole through me, had to be at most 15 sec since the first time he asks and he says what can I help you with, so I'm there next to the grinder so I say whatever let me look these 2 silver ones over here. One was bigger than the other but the more expensive one was larger than the other, so I ask to see both out the glass and the guy says "one is bigger..." in a tone that says he really means "hurry and pick one and get out of my store" SO with his excellent selling skills I pick the cheapest one naturally. Then I say "I'll take it but I wanna look at some stuff over here." (meaning give me some space) Again, I know what I want but I wanna survey what they have maybe for future purchases, right? So anyway literally 5 seconds later the guy comes up again and says "what do you want?" So I say screw it and point out the one hitter I wanted and went to my for my stuff. I don't know if you guys get what I'm talking about but I just know he didn't want me there for whatever reason... hmmmm I wonder why??? Just thinking about it pushes me to the 2 star rating.
