I do NOT recommend this shop. Not at all. They are absolutely RUDE and per the "owners" words; he doesn't need more customers, he has enough already. WOW This is probably one of the Dumbest comments I've ever heard out of anyone 's mouth whom is running a Public Business. Frankly, private or public, still Equally dumb thing to say to anyone, much less a customer. It actually demonstrates low class and lack of simple business knowledge. Everyone in the business world understands- just like Apple Understands- Google Understands, you can never have enough customers. Then your business dies and so does your profits. So, arrogant mixed with stupidity, super bad combo for a business owner. The Shop wasn't the cleanest. Based off his publicly made comments, not sure how the guy is even open and in business. I see some reviews previously about having negative experiences with their staff here but the associate that helped us out was very friendly. Maybe they had some staff changes over the past month?? Anyway, I popped in here this past week to grab a gift for a friend. We were welcomed when we came in briefly by someone who's named started with a D. Didn't quite catch the full name sorry! He was wearing a mask and asked me right away if I needed help with anything. My friend wanted a new piece so I shopped around and the associate was happy to show me anything specific that I wanted to check out more. He engaged in conversation and was very helpful in answering all my questions. I didn't know much about the piece so he made some recommendations. My experience overall was just fine. He was sure to thank us for stopping in and even asked a bit about ourselves when he was ringing up our order. Some tips to make the experience even better? Covid precaution signage inside/outside the shop and to have music playing. It was very quiet in there so a bit awkward to stay and shop for a long time in silence but fine for a quick stop and purchase. read more

This place has lost all of my respect and all of my business in the future I used to always go there to get my kado bars and now they came out with the 10,000 + 1 and I got two of them one worked great the second one I opened literally was leaking liquid would not work the battery got so hot I didn't even charge it it was like burning in my hand now it's leaking buring hot oil he's not even a business on the better Business bureau he's selling faulty Vapes to people and apparently now you have to open them in store and try them in order to get a refund which I've never had a problem with in the past which I've opened them and then came back a week later and got a refund or exchanged it he used to always work with me but I called last night to let him know what was going on to see if he could help me fix it and as soon as I walked in he pointed to a sign that said no exchanges or refunds once you leave the store you have to try them in the store which is not been there because he's never made me open up My Vapes and try them in front of him to make sure they work and the box to the side he has that are on sale for $10.99 or buy two get one free those are all of the expired or they're the testers that don't come in packaging which is unsanitary but my vape literally did not work at all it was completely full the battery was full now I'm having headaches from it from trying to get it to work like sucking on it liquids coming out of it it's just a bad matterI've been going to him for years and I've never had an issue and when I did he helped me fix it but this time he did not and he instead coaxed me into buying two more which came out to $80 all together and now I'm down one vape and they're expensive and I really like that flavor it's sad to say but this place has gone so far down it's disgusting I expected more out of him all I wanted was to exchange it I showed him it didn't work and he refused to work with me I would not recommend anybody go in there for anything else Swisher's rolling papers those are fine but any of the Vapes he sells I would not buy because he blamed it on the manufacturer that he buys it from but he needs to take responsibility for that because he buys them from them now I have burning oil all over my hands a vape that doesn't work that I spent $20 on and it's just a headache I at least expected him to exchange it for me I'm a loyal customer. Only reason this got 1 Star was because I have to give something in order to review. I was so disappointed and appalled because the selection of glassware was beautiful but the man behind the counter was horrendous. A young man was trying to explain that the employee gave him the wrong thing. This young man wasn't even asking for his money back, he just wanted the correct item. This employee yelled at this man, snatched the product from him and threw it on the ground. Not to mention his idea of customer service is standing over you and staring at you uncomfortably without saying a word. The only way this place can succeed legitimately is to remove that employee. Nobody should be treated the way this man treated his customers. There is a wonderful little tobacco shop right across the street though. read more
